Been going here for years. Have had a great time. They do have their hiccups on nails but if you point it out politely they will gladly fix it for you. Usually free of charge! Occasionally I have been cut slightly during the buffing but they always always always add neosporin and alcohol and heal it up before continuing. Along with apologizing profusely. Waxes are great. But be warned they will not stop until they know they are done. So make sure you have time because they will grab every stray hair. Also remembered they wont sell you bamboo plants unless you are getting it for someone else.

Omg this place really tested my patience!!! I was there for 3 hr and left with horrible nails, not even close to what I asked for!!!! This experience was bad! I just lost 40 bucks! This place deserves a 0 not a one star. Do not go there! Not worth it .....

Got a fungus or infection under my nail from them. The lady also charged me to take off my nails and age just kept using the motor file trying to take the fungus or whatever it is off. Will never step foot in that place again. Very dirty and unsanitized.
