Called this facility to get info on rates and unit sizes. Carina was very helpful in helping me figure out the right size unit I would need to fit all my stuff! Definitely considering moving my stuff here!

this place is absolutely awful. we stored our stuff here only for the ceiling to have a water leak and completely ruined every furniture piece we owned as well as every single cardboard box in the unit. mold was on every item and every box had roach poop on them. after my husband called to notify them, we were told that’s what we get for not getting a climate controlled unit and the lady hung up on him. this is poor crappy service. after paying for the unit for 8 months, you think someone would have better respect and manners for you. it wouldn’t matter if you have a climate controlled unit when you have a leak that was out of our control. horrible place and would never recommend. we know had to buy all new furniture for our house. horrible.

Katy was just starting, and Dwayne was helping her through our rental purchase. Both of them were extremely professional and very helpful, even making sure we got full advantage of the 1st month free promotion. Katy whisked my wife and I both to the potential rental spots - one inside and the other out. I have to say that both rental options are a bargain with an inside 13’x 30’ at about $140/month and the outside 30’ option at $64/month. No contracts, leave anytime. The place is exceptionally clean and appears to be located in a very safe area. There is an office on site and the entire place has surveillance cameras to ensure your property is kept safe and sound. I had just previously looked at a rental unit by another property owner that was more expensive, way less clean dirt/gravel surface, and no office on location. Seriously, you won’t be let down by the courtesy and rental bargains at this place. Thank you Katy for taking so much time to get us what we wanted, and to Dwayne who helped her through. I am elated I decided to check this place out.

UPDATE: I am changing my review from 1 star to three. The previous manager is no longer employed here. I may increase the stats depending on future service.
I wish I could leave a better review. I have had better service here when I first started renting a unit a few months ago. I am willing to change this review if I can get some customer service in a timely manner. Phone is frequently not answered, calls and emails are not returned. During office hours the sign on the door states “on the property showing”, however staff are NOT on the property and office is actually closed. I need a second unit and cannot to get staff to assist me.

Devon’s storage of pasadenas negligence just costed me about 15,000 in product for my business!!!
Rent raised so high I moved to a smaller unit (10x20 was 325/month I was paying 195 before Devon purchased) . I’m currently (as well as every other renter paying for climate controlled units) with no climate control. nearly all the A/C units have been down for going on 4 months ALL 6 units on my building have been down for the entire time. They claim to have sent out email notifications to everyone. Every time I’ve been there it’s a new employee new face (today was no exception. They have a new manager Dwayne who transferred about 2 weeks ago) they claim the previous manager moved on, my guess is the way the place has been ran. New manager told me an error must have been why I wasn’t notified the climate control was out. I was told today I should have done more if I’m in my unit I run my company out of twice a week. I have record (so do they I came in 45 days ago to close my unit and file a claim was told to chase down the manager. Gave them my info and never received a response. I have photo and video evidence to prove the ac units have not been running for months. With data. I also have photos showing the office was locked during business hours multiple times when I tried to come in. The only option they gave me was to move units….. my issue is if I move the contents before the adjuster get there does this void my claim? This is also me spending two days moving a complete storage across the compound to a new building. For what? I offered to pay the difference between a non climate controlled vs a climate controlled just until insurance is done. I filed a claim today with the forced “5,00$” insurance They only cover 500-1000 per act of god mold/flooding/fire/lightning?? They also charge a 100 deductible PER issue. It’s negligent on Devon storage. They are robbing everyone who’s paying for a climate unit as only 3 building on property have any working AC units. I’ve called corporate TWICE sent emails as well. They claim to respond within 48 hours. If I do not hear back by tomorrow I’ll be forced to take further action.
Do not rent here, just save yourself the trouble. The only reason I left the first review was because it was an incentive when I moved in!
Corporate if you see this reach out, I’ve done everything I can and gone above and beyond. Dewayne if you see this tell me I’m lying again. Let’s get it on record!

Do not put your things here. The climate control units are not even getting ac. Alot of mice and rats. Droppings and urine smell!!
