I’ve had such a great experience with this storage facility. The customer service is truly amazing — the staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions. However, I must highlight an employee who exemplifies outstanding customer service: “Bonnie”. In a situation where my confidence was severely diminished, Bonnie provided a flawless experience. She addressed my concerns with empathy, demonstrated deep knowledge of the company's systems, and executed solutions promptly and effectively. Her intervention was not just a one-time fix; it restored my faith in the facility's ability to serve its customers.
