Disappointed with their customer service. I went to buy a 2x2x8’ piece of wood to have it cut in 7 pieces. I needed these cut so I could get “legs” to fix a bed. Well it turns out that they could not help me cut the piece of wood. I only needed 7 plain and straight cuts that would took less than 10 min using their electric saw. The answer I got was that by policy they could only do 2 cuts!! Very disappointed in their customer service. Needless to say I left my full cart with plants, and several other things and left for HomeDepot - were I actually was helped and got my 7 pieces of wood out of an 8’ board. They were happy to help!

This is a nice Lowe's with a friendly staff. I can usually find what I need. They are stocked for whatever season we are in and they have competitive prices. I come here instead of Home Depot across the street- Home Depot is a mad house most of the time and hard to get in and out of.I am not a big fan of self check out, but that seems to be what they want to do here most of the time.Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Several months ago I purchased hinges for kitchen cabinets and the remodel took longer than expected and the color theme changed. I took my 5 unopened packs of hinges to the Lowes store in Pasadena, TX to exchange for the same hinges (that are still current stock) in black but was told that there is nothing that could be done. Not even an exchange or store credit can be issued. That is the most unreasonable thing that I've ever heard and bad for business. I've spent a lot of money with your company but never again and not that it matters to a big company like Lowes but I will be sure to let everyone I know how Lowes handles business and customer service.

Poor customer service. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes waiting on a manager to assist with a price on a generator. We ended up leaving.
