the massage chairs often don’t work properly, which makes the experience disappointing. I also wish they allowed for more personal space — being placed right next to someone when there are other seats available is not very relaxing.

Been coming to LV for 10 years before this now owner the place is just not clean i bought new people in over the years but now with this new management things have changed the customer service is not the same an unfortunately had to start taking my business somewhere else

I miss Lyn. I’ve been going back and each time it’s a bad experience. I was handled very roughly by the tech after I told them I was there for a refill but I didn’t want to replace my nails. I sent my husband a text to watch how I was being handled and he agreed she was very rough. I had to ask her to do it softly please. SMH I will never go back there again! I said every time but for sure, I’m done with that place!

If i can give less stars, I would. I’ve came here a couple times for a pedicure and my last time i came, I think i got toe nail fungus because of them not cleaning their utensils properly. Such a shame because they were really nice but if you can avoid a fungus & unsanitary place, i would rather do so!

LV Nails has been my nail spot for over 5 years. If you’re looking for some good nails, art, and patience to what you request this is the place to come. My favorites are Jennifer & Daniel, but over all they all know what they’re doing and they never fail me.

Got my nails done last week and i told the lady my tone nail was broken from the corner to add glue so it wouldn’t break she didn’t and proceeded to do shellac that same day my nail broke did my nail set as well that day got white tip and its only been a week and the white tip is coming off already!
