Very rude I talked to at least 4 people amd like pulling teeth to get help finding a car and don’t mind the website all the cars are gone everyone you look at . I was bout to test drive a car and one of the worked leaned on it while all on his phone smh , I went to mega motors instead and got a great car

Never buy a car from them, I stayed in communication with them for the last month bc when I got the car from them in January the salesman got me insurance but put that I had a Texas DL when I live in Louisiana and have a LA DL so they dropped me after trying to make a claim, so I’ve been having issues getting insurance, which they was fully aware of, so I didn’t make any payments while trying to figure out insurance, bc I’m not going to pay if they going to come take it from not having insurance anyways, and they put it up for repo and the repo ppl came to get it when I called to pay for it they told me that I can’t pay for it, before the repo ppl leave my neighborhood that I have to go back to Houston and finance through a bank now that they won’t take my money now and basically pay for the car all over again from the start as if I never paid anything for it

This company is one of the worst companies to get a car from, these people in these reviews are liars!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR A MONTH IN A HALF AND THEY TOOK MY CAR FROM ME, they didn’t even try to negotiate with me I asked could I pay the tow truck fee and the car note fee but they told me I would have to pay the full amount of the car, they will take your money and won’t care AT ALL, this company is scandalous DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!

They very easy to work with until they tow your car for one missed payment ???♀️ and don’t give you a Gracie period all about money your car even get towed for one missed insurance payment how that goes a real dealership don’t even do that I learned my lesson about side hustle dealership

They are good people to work with UNTIL THEY SELL YOUR CONTRACT TO THE FINANCE COMPANY. Better off going to a legit car lot to get a car with no car issues. Woulda gave them more stars but they didn’t give me notification prior to selling my contract. Unprofessional if you ask me.!

If your looking for the best come here you won't be disappointed. Issac is your man with the plan. Just when you think you can't get approved you can Issac can make it happen. Called to ask about one of their listings, and the receptionist couldn’t figure out what I was trying to inquire. After repeating several times about what I was asking, she replied rudely,…why didn’t you say so!?The salesman was even more rude when I was asking some hardline questions about the same vehicle and he couldn’t give me an answer.Instead of being a man about it (because he could never come close to being a gentleman) he refused to answer and hung up on me.Typical used car salesman tactics that I was questioning him about.Switch and bait all day long seems to be their modus operandi.

My husband stop by to look at the cars there , the customer service was very good my husband ended up purchasing a 2019 charger which had bad tires once he told the sales person he got my hust new tires right away I recommend this dealership.
