Marshalls is a store full of surprises with new items arriving weekly, offering brands that wow and prices that thrill across fashion, home, beauty, and more. Many customers find it the best store with lots of decor and clothes, always having a great experience with beautiful jewelry and great prices. The location often has trendy and cute items to look for in a pinch. However, experiences with staff can vary. Some customers report being treated very humanely, noting the foundation helped a family without any problem and recommending it as few places treat people so well. Other visits are less positive, citing instances with only one cashier working while other employees did not assist, leading to long waits. There are also reports of unprofessional behavior, such as a worker refusing to honor a clearance price tag and removing it, or a clerk double-scanning an item, which required the customer to catch the error on the receipt.
Marshall's always seems to have a better and nicer selection than Ross. I love bargain hunting and this is one of my favorite places to do it.

Everything was pretty good. One suggestion would be to have at least 1 couch or a few comfortable chairs by dressing room for those who have to wait for people trying out outfits.

The aisles are very small. My cart didn't even fit walking thru the aisles but the staff is very nice.
Try to avoid coming on Saturday afternoon it gets chaotic. Very busy store. But it's organized and they have a great selection. Didn't try the bathrooms
