always atleast an hour behind, I’ve had to reschedule twice because I was waiting in the office for 45 minutes. horrible service and scheduling.

I had scheduled an appointment for my 4 year old daughter just to be told they only see children 5 years and up. Mind you I had scheduled appointment with enough time for them to just to tell me the day of the appointment that they cannot see her. Would have been nice to get a courtesy call to let me know that they couldn’t see her instead I wasted a day off from work for nothing. I was truly disappointed with their customer service.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Vo for a few years. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. Today we met Gladys (not sure if I spelled it correctly), but super friendly and helpful!

The price for the exam was a lot less than I was expecting, as I paid out of pocket. Dr. Vicki Vo was very kind and knowledgeable, she took care of me. The staff were also excellent, Edith in particular was SO helpful and patient with me! She sat with me and walked me through the process of putting on contacts for the first time. She never grew inpatient and she had a wonderful attitude!
