The only good thing this place has to offer is Kyle. He should get a job somewhere better. We went in today and this place was empty this guy with a beard was so nonchalant and rude he didn’t even try to help us at all, he told us to come back at 3 when Kyle should be arriving. We came back and walked in and the store was empty. No one even tried to help us until we started leaving then someone said “I’ll be right with you”. We left.

Sophia at Men’s Wearhouse was absolutely amazing! She helped us pick out the perfect outfit for an upcoming wedding, and my girl loved everything about it. Sophia was incredibly helpful, fast, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great service and very affordable—highly recommend asking for Sophia!

My fiancé and I
I will never recommend this store or go back again.
I would give them 0 stars if I could.
We wanted to rent a full formal suit for our wedding in November.
We explained to the lady that it was my fiancé’s first time wearing formalwear and we wanted him to try on different styles to see which one would be the most comfortable for him.
She rudely told us that they would charge us $10 just to take his measurements, and that he could only try on two styles. Even if he didn’t like either of them, they would still charge the $10 just because he tried them on.
When we heard that, we said thank you and left, very upset by the poor customer service.
It’s ridiculous to charge someone just to try on clothes and basically force them to make a purchase.

Went in yesterday 10/2 around 5pm looking for a coat for my husband did not get acknowledged. Another person came in about 10 min minutes later and the customer service associate, who was helping another couple acknowledged them. We were looking around about 20 minutes without 1 person asking if needed help, finally saw a second associate about 10 minutes prior to leaving and somehow they both managed to help all 5 other people that came in after us but we were just ignored. Thanks for the terrible service!!!
