Today I went in to get the free tablet. When I asked about the tablet the two guys one claiming to be a manager and his associate got in a huddle and mumbles something. They then told me the tablet was 50.00 and activation 20.00. Total 70.00 I called corporate and they put a note on my account that the total should be 20.00. I went back in the store and the manager saw the note and said go online or to another store im not helping you because you reported me. This place is so full of scammers..

Went in for home internet service. The manager, Neally, was absolutely great. She helped me set everything up in the store, so all I had to do was plug in the router when I got home. She was polite, informative, and fast. The whole visit took less than 10 mins. Will return.

I am happy with the representative named Byron, (I hope I spelled hus name correctly) he was very polite, helpful, patient answering all my questions. He gave me opptions on my purchase being that I was not able to spend too much. All in all I'm very satusfied with their service and give them my 5+! Thank you!

This store is full of scammers they sell junk, then don't wanna refund for the junk they sell. They prey on low income families with no mercy and disregard for anyone. Very selfish and mean people would never go here unless it was to celebrate their ultimate and eventual demise.

The manager didn't let me pay my bill because he claimed my phones were outdated, he was forcing me to buy a new phone but I refused and didn't let me pay my bill. He was very disrespectful and wouldn't let me talk, awful service.
