I was waiting for more than 20 minutes to be able to make a payment, so I had no problem with that. I decided to wait patiently when the manager finished serving the previous person. Instead of serving me, he started cleaning the counter looking for other people's tickets. He asked me for my number and I wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. He was watching Internet videos when he finally helped me. With an angry face he gave me the ticket and didn't even thank me. I definitely do not recommend this store for any subway procedure.

I recommend anyone that’s in Pasadena looking to try Metro for the first time I recommend that you come to the store. Everyone is very positive very great attitude always helpful. I walked out with a smile on my face and with the phone that I wanted. Thank Asif For Helping Start Service Today❤️

So my boyfriend and I went into Metro today to get his phone plan reactivated and to get a new phone number. As soon as we got there and told the worker RUJE (Employee ID: MXQ383…) what we needed, she immediately tried to tell us we HAD to get a new device and pay all of these fines that we’ve never had to pay before when getting this service done. We began to leave and she stopped us and told us she actually COULD activate it without all the extras included.
She told us our total was $80. My boyfriend handed her the money in cash (four twenty dollar bills) and she took it, punched something into the POS, and when the receipt came out, she kind of folded it/crumpled it up and put it to the side, never offering it to us.
She completed the service and we asked for the receipt before we left, because we both sensed deception. She reluctantly gave it to us, and the receipt showed the total as $75, not 80! You can even see on the receipt where she entered that she only received $75 in cash from us and the machine told her to give back $0 in change, when she told us it was $80 and accepted $80 from us.
My boyfriend went back into the store to confront her, and she tried to tell him there was a $5 service fee. There was no service fee discussed or mentioned on the itemized receipt. When asked for her name and threatened with a report on her, she offered to give the $5 back…
Its deplorable that they have workers trying to take advantage of customers and scrape off some money for themselves.

This employee ID ESL446 who help us out and just found out they over price everything we bought from this person. They honestly do not deserve their job if they have (NO) Sympathy! For the customer. You were supposed to be helping the customer out not just wanting to make a commissions check. So Watch out for this Employee, this is so sad that a Metro By T-mobile store is allowing this kind of behavior From
there employees by screwing over A new customers or existing customers. Apparently activation was $81.00 When it's 28 activation fee. Shame on you. Do better!
