Normally I have no problem with Michael's, the prices are good and the selection is excellent. However, during our recent visit I asked for the use of a mobility aid chair (essentially a small wheelchair with a shopping basket on it) for my partner who is undergoing chemo. We've used it in the past, but the employee told us that they no longer have one and she didn't know when they got rid of it.Between customers with disabilities and the elderly or infirm, surely a large crafting demographic, this seems like an issue that needs to be addressed.

just lef this Michae's. The older lady with the short black hair was terribly rude. my son went to get a box less than a minute he took and she rudely remarked"Thanks for holding up the line with her back turned to me." Not my fault there was just 1 cashier. Store #9912 have some customer service towards your paying customers!

I realize that it's December and that the store is packed. I stopped in to pick up supplies for my graduation cap for this month. My brother died yesterday and I thought I would still be OK to go in.After being in the store and picking out my supplies I realized I wasn't ok and needed to get out before I started crying. My heart isn't in graduating. I asked a worker standing at an exit if I could exit the store through that door. Even though I didn't purchase anything. I simply said I don't want to wait so I'm just going to go.He told me it's Christmas time is there a store you've been to that hasn't had a line I'd like to know?I said I came for stuff for my graduation cap for this month since I graduate. But I'll just come back later.Kindness goes a long way. I won't be back to this Michaels.
