I needed running bboards attached to my SUV. I bought the running boards off eBay. Brought them to Mike and he said he can mount them. I had a front spoiler to also mount. He mounted the running boards and they did a great job. He said the front spoiler was not going to be a good fit, as it was aftermarket. Instead of mounting the spoiler and it looking bad, he advised me it's best not to add it. He was right. Sure he could have made more money to mount it, but he knew it was not going to be a good result. He does the right thing, not the wrong thing. I'm glad he's here for me in the future

I had a very very basic job for this company & my first time using them with intentions of doing much more business with them… it was a 2.5” rear lift block… takes 1hr at MOST even in your own driveway. Well 8 hours later then called over 6hours past when they promised me it back. I pick it up and the alignment is WAY off!! The wheel is completely sideways.. “keep in mind this 17 Sierra is a solid rear axel” meaning rear blocks do NOT affect your alignment… I take it directly to Firestone where they notice my rear end is installed crooked and rear toe is wayyyyy out and rear toe is non adjustable… I take it back to Mike trucks toys and the owner Mike is this over confident old man with short man syndrome. Saying “nothing can go wrong with rear block installs I been doing this for 18 years” he refuses to even unbolt it and inspect the work his 19 year old tech did for me… I take it home and remove it all myself in 45 minutes and realize he has completely ruined my lift blocks and they missed the pin hole lineup and just torqued the rear end like crazy and smashing the plastic rough country lift blocks! Now my truck is down for several days waiting on replacements..I send Mike emails with photos and he finally sends me my money back but doesn’t want to replace the parts they destroyed..MORAL OF THE STORY PLEASE TAKE ALL HIS OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS SERIOUS, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND STRESS GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Had air lift air bags installed on my 21 Ram 1500. Got in over my head trying to do this myself and Mike got me taken care very quickly on short notice. Very quick and professional attitude and service.

I recently tried to get some work done on my 2023 Nissian Titan I was told by the man behind the counter that the BULL BAR was made to fit my brand new truck and it would take 1 or 2 hrs to install so we ordered the part I paid in full that day , so i called to check if the part was there as luck would have it it was there so i made an appointment for 8 am the following day. I thought I would just wait after 2 hrs. I called for a ride and asked if they could call me when it was ready @ 3:30 I received the call . Upon arrival I noticed that the BULL BAR was croaked and asked if they could fix it as I walked around my truck I noticed the skid plate was in the bed of the truck which would void the warranty of the truck so I asked them why it wasn't installed back on the truck and was told it didn't fit anymore unless they do some modifications to it, which again would void the warrant on the truck . So I told them to take the BULL BAR off and put my truck back like it was originally and told them I'll pick it up the next day . So after 8 hrs I called them and was told it's ready to pick up after leaving I brought it to my mechanic just to check it out making sure everything was tight and back to original condition he noticed loose bolt on the skid plate , wires hanging down under the dash , a hole drilled into my accessory panel where the switch for the light on the BULL BAR remember this is a brand new truck !!!! Then they charged me for the installation and removal of the BULL BAR !!! So buyer beware !!! I'll never darken their door step again !!! But I will find somewhere that can put a BULL BAR on my truck .

I highly recommend anyone who wants the most professional, respectful, and friendliest staff ever to come to Mike’s truck toys! This is my first time ever getting my truck lifted. I’m so in love with my truck as if it’s a brand new ride again. Thank you guys so much for being so helpful and patient with me. I know I was very indecisive and didn’t know much about the parts, but the things y’all showed me helped me understand exactly why I got the things I needed. Thank you Mike and your wonderful staff. Shout out to Andrew for the help and making it an comfortable decision to go all the way out.

What can I say. I called and asked for running boards for my truck. Asked how soon can I get this done, they said today. I drove there and was in and out within 30min. Andrew was amazing!! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Took 2014 f150 for new leveling kit, control arms , two new tires to have mounted balanced and alignment. Found 22mm wrench on lock nut for alignment adjustment. Front right wheel seven degrees off, left wheel two degrees off. Out of alignment severely,truck pulled to the right. Only thing Mike the owner said, you could have hit a pothole and knocked it out of alignment, what a joke....

Got a 3.5 inch lift. Couldn't be happier with the way it came out. This is the second truck I've had lifted here. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. I'm shocked at the negative reviews on here that seem to come from people with no knowledge about trucks in general. Everyone at Mike's are professional and just generally cool people to deal with. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ignore the morons "yelping" bs they know nothing about, if you need/want a lift or any work on your truck, give these guys a call. You will not regret it!

Took my 2015 Silverado to change out the shocks. Two weeks later & 4 visits later. 1450$ later.. My truck feels worse than when I took it in & the alignment is horrible and steering wheel needs to be sideways to drive straight. Now I have to pay double at another shop to try to fix everything. Honestly disappointed, the one star is for the 20$ back up camera they installed for me, wires they connect and the two days they allowed me to use their van to get to work that they didn't charge me for thanks Mike.
