Half of the time the vacuums don't work
It seems like they never check them didn't work again today December 22nd no vacuums working happens all the time

This car wash can customize its rollers to accomadate certian things on your car.
Ex: canvasas tops can be peogrammed so the top of your car uses very little pressure or no touch at all. Chrome rocker panels too. The program will be at all Mr. Car washes on that car.

Signed up for the unlimited washes, easy to get in and out, only thing I’d offer, towels should be provided to finish the car wash process. Yes I know now I should’ve come prepared but being my first time through it was just disappointing I left with water and small areas that needed attention! Still give it a 5 star because they do a much better job than some of the other drive thru car washes!

I was using a different car wash for years . The swinging brushes knocked loose our fenders on each side. I went on line looking for touchless carwash. I found mister carwash it does both touchless and touch wash. The vacumms are awesome they have long skinny tube to vacumm down in the seats and under seats. Got try the mister carwash .

I have been a customer of mister car wash for over three years.And there has never been any issues or problems with it. However, this past week I went in to get my car washed and the woman that was operating.The equipment kept signaling me to move forward.Move forward, move forward and get closer and closer to this big truck in the front of me.And then something went wrong with the way she was controlling the equipment, and my car was drawn into the back of the big truck, damaging the front of my vehicle. I made them aware of it. They fill out some paperwork and said they would get back to me. I also wrote a email to the corporate office while I was out in the parking lot. Assessing the damage and exchanging information with the driver that was in front of me in his truck, which incidentally, had no damage. Whatsoever, he had a huge trailer. Hitch That was what caused the damage. And I'm certain that it was the woman in the building that caused the problem. I'm not certain what you did with the equipment, but it caused my vehicles to lurch. Forward crashing into the truck in the front. Someone outside while I was assessing the damage came over to me and offered his Thoughts on it and that this same thing had happened to him in the past.And his car was damaged, and the car wash took care of it.I have since contacted them at the corporate office with email.And they responded in what seemed to be a positive manner.However, when I got the call from a manager by the name of sean at the branch on spencer, he was very unprofessional, had poor business acumen, and said, I was negligent in how I got my car washed, which is what he claims caused.The damage?I've been a customer for over three years.I've washed my car hundreds of times and there's never been an issue.But this other customer told me that this woman caused damage to his vehicle as well. She should be fired and they should fix my car. I approached him and asked them to be amicable in resolving this issue, and it seemed that was the flavor of the response.But now i've been told according to this, sean, that they are not going to do anything about it.And I told them I will seek the help of an attorney in filing a lawsuit against them.It seems to me that a company like theirs.These things are going to happen from time to time, and they've got to be able to cover the damages and get the person whole again. I've been a loyal customer for over three years.And I do the monthly family membership.My wife car gets hers down here as well.I hope this message clears things up and that more people are drawn to the fact that this is an injustice and needs to be rectified

Brand new black car, started getting swirls marks withing 60 days of using my membership. Got a phone call with a suggestions from management, not solutions. Management should of took care of the swirls, but instead will lose my, and my family's business. Along with a fair honest warning to the public!!! DO NOT DRIVE A NICE PAINT JOB THROUGH THESE WASHES!!!

Supposed to be touchless. Maybe it's my misunderstanding but touchless means nothing touches the car but water. This was not the case. The employee seemed knowledgeable and to understand that touchless was requested but the wash was NOT touchless.

The young man who helped me was very good but the carwash is not all of that I brought the expensive one and it didn't clean my vehicle for the price I paid. They did say I can go back and wash it again but I decided not too. It left water spots on my car my windshield is still dirty. This was my first time going there but I will not be going back at all.
