stayed one night at this motel due to an emergency since I don’t usually like them, and I confirmed why. The room was completely neglected, the smell in the air was terrible, things were broken, very poorly maintained, there were cockroaches, and the sheets felt as if they weren’t clean or were badly washed. I literally didn’t want to touch anything — I even went to a store and bought disinfectant just to be able to place a cup on the table. Honestly, everything was very neglected and poorly maintained. I don’t want to point fingers at anyone specifically, but just because they say it’s cheap doesn’t mean we should have to be so uncomfortable. This is not a motel in India to be in such bad conditions.

This hotel was a wonderful great amazing place to visit the maids were amazing clean my room thoroughly every day the staff was some of the greatest people I've ever met in my life I come in this hotel and give it five stars thank you if anybody's looking for a hotel to come to please come to motel 6 next to on Preston and 225 thank you

Roaches, mold, and dingey broken furniture. That pretty much sums up the room itself. The bed wasn't bad, though, and the sheets were clean [I hope]. However, I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, turned on a light, and the floor was moving. Roaches everywhere. A bunch of the furniture in the room is broken or looks like it's about to fall apart, there's fire code violations, holes in the bathroom walls, and what looks like black mold on the walls in the living area... Moving away from the room, you better hope you speak Spanish as the housekeeping staff don't speak English (at least not the ones I met). The front desk staff... Well, check-in was quick. I don't really have anything else to say about them as they didn't really bother with unnecessary chatter. The hotel isn't in a great area, so either make sure you have something to protect yourself or keep your door locked (if it will lock, mine barely did) and don't leave anything in your car. Would I stay here again? No. Did I get a choice staying here in the first place? No, my company paid for it.

Run down.The rooms are smelly an Rundown. The outside is dirty unkept, and the pool area is absolutely nasty. There are call girls all around looking for shrex. Do not recommend this place at all

It's not fair this place is a hotel for anyone to purchase a room one weekend after after storm they raised the prices over 200.00 dollars now they are refusing people in need unless you have a letter from fema and they have rooms available they say and me and my family are in need a shelter and the refused us a room because we don't have a letter from fema wow this place is a joke and lost all respect I had for them

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND!!
We arrived and piyrush was so helpful! Truly he was the only good in my bad experience. I rented two rooms , the first one (140) had mold all on the restroom ceiling, door and toilet. DISGUSTING! There was blood stains on the wall not cleaned. The second room (128) we were locked in and then locked out of. The front desk had to get a master key to open it up for us both times. SAFETY HAZARD! AND as the kids were trying to enjoy a movie night, roaches started coming out and crawling on the children !! I went up to the front desk and the other receptionist first didn’t have uniform on and said he would write a note for the manager. Safe to say we left FRIDAY NIGHT RIGHT AFTER THE ROACH CRAWLED ON MY SON! This was Friday 6/28. It is now 7/1, still no refund and no response from the manager of the hotel. Attached are the pics I have. DO NOT STAY HERE
