Great store!! My favorite place to go when I need anything band related! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to buy or rent an instrument. If you go to music and arts ask for Carlos, he has the BEST customer service!

Location visited son middle school , went Location find out qr codes not matching up . Plus didn't have book had wait additional week for arrival .No full refund til item arrives to cancel , not even shipped .Disappointing to 6th grader . Waiting for refund ...thanks..

Purchased a bundle of supplies online for my daughter's clarinet. Went to pickup supplies and was told one part (most expensive) was going to be shipped to my home because they didn't have it in stock. Never received the part at home and purchased elsewhere since she needed the part for school. Finally went back to the store and asked for a refund or store credit since I didn't need it anymore. They said no because it was over the 30 day time frame and I should have picked it up sooner. Well for one, I was told it was going to be SHIPPED! So that's what's they should have done. SHIP the item and not wait for me to come back asking questions.. Second, how about a followup courtesy call to make sure I knew they changed the plan to SHIP my item. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't shop here... Now I'm stuck with a $100 part that I don't need.

After being treated rudely at Guitar Center I went to Music and Arts store to purchase a tuner. The associates- both Carlos and Ayanna- were very courteous.Ayanna helped me pick a good tuner, and she spoke to me about her personal experience with choosing an electric guitar. I had begun my search for an electric earlier in the month- for a birthday gift to me from me. I’ve only ever owned acoustic, you can guess where this is going ?. Yes- after trying a couple- I went home, ate, debated, called talked to Ayanna again...I returned, asked Ayanna for a little more help selecting a couple of accessories, and then I walked out with a new Fender, amp, headphones, and cable.Thanks Ayanna for your help and patience. ???✌️

I ordered a saxophone mid December and was told it would arrive before Christmas 2020. It never arrived. I had to fly back to AZ for school in January and asked them to send it over to a store in Glendale. The horn arrived, except it was the wrong horn. I ordered a tenor and an alto came in. The Glendale location promised they’d overnight the correct horn and never did. I canceled my order. It’s now February and I have no horn when I was promised one before Christmas.I’m a very forgiving guy but this is just ridiculous. COVID can only be used as an excuse for so long. I was looking forward to using my new tenor sax for an upcoming competition and project. Guess not.

I Was looking for a MIDI controller that nobody seemed to have in stock or had on backorder. I walked in and Carlos was eager to help me find what i was looking for, I believe his exact words were "let me check our nationwide database", it made me feel like it was his life's mission to get me that MIDI controller. A clicks and a moment later, he located a device and had it promptly shipped to the store. He also called me multiple times to update me on the shipment status and ETA. Thanks Carlos!

It was a nice experience! I was there to return a French Horn and it didn't take much time at all! The employees were very nice and the situation went smooth. I would definitely go back again for my music store needs!
