Do not come here! I walked in for a pedicure on an early Saturday morning and there was barely any staff and they were already all busy doing other customers, as I walked in all workers just starred at me until the lady asked how can she help me RUDELY. I said pedicure she said ok not “pick a color “ or “have a seat” as if they were mad I walked in. I proceeded to sit down and wait, another nail tech was just starring at me under her mask! Every-time I looked up she was just starring at me like if I was under dressed or didn’t have any money to get my service done. I felt very uncomfortable in the place very bad energy! As I got up from my chair they all just AGAIN starred at me walking out not a single word was said. Parking lot is so small anyways you can’t even find a good parking. I do not recommend this place!

I've been going to nails by Kati ever since my friend told me about them.
They were great until recently, I called ahead to book my nail appointment and they said I could come in right away, skip to where I'm in the seat the lady asks what nails I wanted, I showed her a picture of a new set I drew. It was a black base with pink designs,
The designs were pinks stripes and a pink French. I thought it would've been easy, but as I showed the photo the lady shut me down. She then told me my nails were too small, which is weird since at the same salon, I had the same design but in blue and white. And had hand drawn bats aswell. So I picked a different design, but she kept saying my nails were too small. So I said just a black base with a single pink heart, she then started on my nails, but she seemed to be in such a rush she kept dropping the tools on my hands and throwing my hands around, slamming them down. As we continue she cuts me not ones but twice, and proceeds to put her finger nail and Dremel into the open cuts she gave me. As she moves onto my next hand the Dremel slips from her hands and hits my hand, luckily it didn't break the skin but I was very upset at this point. And she kept glancing at my bleeding nails and back up at me. She finally finishes my nails and is able to put a big heart right in the center of my nail. I then go to pay, and this lady has the audacity to ask if I'd like to leave a tip?
As if she didnt just cut me twice denttme the nails I originally wanted, and charged me 48$.
I will never be returned again. Absolutely ridiculous service I had to pay for.

I've always loved getting my nails done here. Staff is Great, very friendly and talkative. You don't feel excluded here, the women here actually engage in conversation with you. They have hundreds of colors to choice from, They hand paint designs if you ask. The pedicures are amazing and you feel so lovely and look so good when you leave.

Had my nails and a wax done. I getting married today and need a stress free encounter that did not happen the lady the whole time was very rough doing my nails and nicked my finger I now have a cut. Then I get a wax and my whole face is swollen. I am so disappointed. I really hate giving folks bad review and this is my 1st ever bad review. I tipped over 20 percent because regardless this is a service industry and I work in one so I know that they reli on this money but I am not happy about the outcome please do better and now on my wedding day I have to take benadryl and ice my face!

My daughter recommended this place and recommended Tiffany so I thought I’d give them a try…This is NOW my FAVORITE place!I appreciate how Tiffany pays attention to detail.Having tried other nail salons in my area where they are over priced and my nails are literally popping off one week later?Also, I’m VERY picky as to who does my eyebrows… but Ann does an awesome job!I won’t go anywhere else again!!Loving my nails and brows!
