I've been coming here for over 30 yrs. and a couple of years ago I stopped coming because of the quality of the work being done. I started going to different nail salons and just couldn't find a good one! Just extremely expensive for the quality of work. Than I came in here after 2 years and it's New owner and Jackie ( the new owner) did an AWESOME and amazing job on my nails and pedicure! The prices are great! I'm very happy with the outcome and quality of work, and pricing! I'm definitely going to make this my nail salon AGAIN!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

After having a terrible experience at another salon, I decided to visit Nails by Sylvia. The lady here took the time to listen to me and answer my questions about her services. As someone who got their nails done for the first time, she was very detailed and did an amazing job with my nails! She's also very kind and provides a comfortable, judge-free environment. I am happy with the services and would highly recommend this place!

Client for five years at this location and had never been disappointed. Until last week, these two ladies have no experience with nails. Shellac nails last me a month and this time they did not even last a week. I returned today so the nails could be repaired but instead of fixing their mistake, she cleaned my nails and the she told me that she was going to charge me $40. I got up, told her that this was the worst experience & I would never return. I miss the old owners!

Things have completely changed at this location. I’m sure they have new owners! And want to keep previous customers..
1. Before they accepted card… Now it’s only cash… but they don’t tell you that.
2. They usually give my hands a massage( the woman put oil on my hands and said massage my own hands lol)
3. They don’t offer you any drinks like they used to.
4. Finally and most importantly my nails look awful!

Had an amazing experience at Sylvia’s Nail!! Thanks to Monica the front desk she's a nice, funny ,sweet and very helpful!! Monica goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and also to help in anyway she can. Emma does great dip nails and is so sweet and nice! Lucy does amazing pedicures and is so friendly and sweet!! I will continue to return because of the amazing experience these three ladies gave me!!!

Came in for a refill the lady said it would be 25$. The person who was available to do my nails was a man. I should have left when I saw the pile of nail residue that they were collecting inside the desk. Some reason I still stayed. Not sure if there was a miss-communication but I didn't get what I wanted. I explained to the man I wanted one solid color instead he gave me ombre . I was trying to trust the process. I was thinking maybe he does things differently so I wanted them short and complained about giving me what I wanted… As I said, I came in for a refill and when I looked at my nails they were superrrr thick and I asked if he could shave them down a little more he gets upset and says no. I ended up paying $30 for something I didn't want. The shape and color were good but the nails were thick. This place was dirty, unsanitary and unprofessional.
