I will not be coming back here for my manicure with shellac. First time my shellac was peeling off my nail hadn’t even been a week. So I say I’ll give it another try I went back and I’m having the same issue. I will not be coming back .

horrible. the service was good but everything was AWFUL. me and my mother went there in December and everything was amazing they even gave us a free lotion! We came July 3rd because we had a trip the next day. They made me bleed THREE TIMES and where so rough on my cuticles. My mother had a cut in the finger that she got at work and the lady she got kept pressing down on it the whole time and made the cut reopen. Not only that, they charged me $87 just for gel on my hands and nails and an acrylic nail removal JUST FOR THE NAIL POLISH TO FALL COMPLETELY OFF 2 HOURS LATER. They left my natural nail incredibly thin and i had to paint the nail in which the gel fell off all in one piece. $87 for nail polish thats going to fall off immediately is RIDICULOUS. And they didnt even give me what i asked for! The first photo is what I wanted and the second one is what I got. The color difference between my pointer finger snd the rest of my fingers is the bail polish i had to use after theirs fell off. The third photo also shows one of the bucs they gave me on my pinky that wouldnt stop bleeding. The other 2 are on my feet. AMC nails wouldve charged me $70 for the exact same thing but ACTUALLY giving me what i wanted. Unbelievable. I have never said this about anyone, but if u could genuinely give 0 stars i would. My nail beds feel bruised and hurt anytime i squeeze my finger in the slightest.

What I wanted vs what I got. Prep work was way too quick barely filed my nails didn’t push cuticles back or anything, and one has a line through it like it’s cracked already but she said it was fine. Paid $59… I just wanted a cute simple frenchie😕

I would like to start by saying that I have had my nails done every single month for the past 21 years (excluding 2020). I was there two weeks ago, my nails were done and they started to fall off on day 3. Definitely not normal. I went in 7 days later because I don’t have the time to go in whenever, the same guy fixed my nails. He was very nice but I think he is new. Sadly, the very next day … my nails were in pain from bending on my nail bed due to how loose they became. They started falling off on day 4. I thought about just super gluing them but the more I thought about it the more upset I got. So I called Sunday and I was told to stop by on Monday for them to get fixed. They tried sitting me with the same guy again, I said no. He does not know how to apply nails correctly and I don’t have the time to go back and forth each week. They sat me with another man who made me extremely upset and uncomfortable. He kept telling me it would be $44 to fix my nails. I asked to speak to a manager and he never brought one out. I don’t understand… I paid for a nail service, the nails were not properly installed. The nail service should be fixed at owners dispense. It was not done properly.

If you’re black they make you pay for service upfront for nails that’s will fall off in a week.

I'm really upset. The lady hurt my nail. Now I have an infection, and it hurt. I have never had any problems with my nails before. I have been in pain for 2 days now!

I usually only come here for pedicures which are the best. But decided to get my nails done here and my nails came out amazing! Janie did my nails and she did such a great job. Worth every $

Absolutely horrible experience going to this salon. My girlfriend wanted to get her nails done. a gel manicure on her natural nails and all the ladies at this salon acted like they have never done nails in their life before. They literally passed the inspo picture to at least 3 different techs and they all kept talking about it and acting confused. A lady came to talk to my gf and ask her what she wanted done she said someone else would come and do it because she couldn’t. They told us for someone to come sit with us would be 15 minutes. I on the other hand was trying to get acrylics and they did not give me as near of a hard time as they did with my girlfriend. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable and judged and i would not recommend ANYONE taking their business to them. I stood up and left because i was not going to give them my business. Below i’m attaching my gfs inspo pic. nothing outside of the normal for them to be acting that way. Do not recommend coming here unless you want to feel judged.

Not only did they do a pretty bad job on our nails, they charged me $74 for a full set for my daughter, no special art or anything. This was my second bad experience here. There will not be a 3rd.
Basically I just sat there counting the state board violations (lost count eventually). If you care about safety and fair pricing, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I come here once a month with my fiancé and its always been great. However I would not recommend getting a pedicure done with Holly, I had the worst experience by far with her today. Everyone else I would recommend. Not worth the 65 i spent.
