How are y'all still in business? Do not let these people touch y'alls hair. Came out of here nearly bald when all I had asked for was just the tips. I had my hair all the way down to my wait and came out with my hair right underneath my shoulders. Definitely not worth he price for the low quality service!! Te hacen lo que ellos quieran.

I got my makeup and hair done here for prom last week and I don’t recommend it all. First of all the lady who did my makeup was very unprofessional, she literally spent more time texting and face-timing her friends than doing my makeup. The entire time she kept on talking about inappropriate topics with me and cussing, which would have been fine if she actually did my makeup at least remotely similar to what I wanted. I showed her pictures of what I wanted from the very beginning, explained what I wanted, and was willing to be flexible with what she thought looked best. I stated from the begging that I wanted glowy/dewy makeup and not matte and she did the complete opposite. I also had to remind her to finish my eyeliner, put on highlighter, and other details because she was to preoccupied with texting. The makeup ended up aging me a lot, but I will say it did stay on very well the entirety of prom and after.
After my makeup was done I asked who was going to do my hair, and the receptionist said I had not booked anyone for hair. Mind you, I went in person to set up my appointment with the same receptionist, who I spoke with about their makeup and hair services. And even called a few days prior to the appointment to pay the deposit where I mentioned I had a makeup and hair appointment. And I was even instructed to wash my hair the night prior to the appointment, and not once was I told that I wasn’t booked with a hairstylist. I was told that the hairstylist that I had spoken to the day I went in person had already left. Unluckily there was a hairstylist available and she started to do my hair. She was in a rush the whole time, which I understand since she wasn’t supposed to do my hair originally. She finished my hair and it did not look at all how I wanted, which was hollywood waves, it looked more like those voluminous quinceañera curls. But she said that after a while the hair would set. After I got both of these services done I changed in the salon, and I immediately went to prom which was 20 minutes away. My hair was already frizzy even before I stepped out the car when I got to prom. And the entire night my hair looked like my natural hair, which is curly. I saw other girls with the hairstyle I wanted whose hair stayed on the whole night.
In conclusion I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all, I invested so much money and time in a night that was supposed to be memorable. But now I can’t even look at my prom pictures because both my hair and makeup looked a mess. This actually my first time ever leaving a review, but this service was so disappointing I had to.

I BEEN GETTING MY HAIR DONE AT NATYS BEAUTY SALON FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS LOVE THIS PLACE ALL THE PEOPLE ARE NICE AND KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB WELL!!! NATY THE OWNER IS A BEAUTIFUL TALENTED LADY. THE SALON IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED.

Itzel did amazing on my thick long hair, I was honestly scared to let anyone touch my hair but she worked her magic 😍 I'm in love and she's so attentive in listening to what you want. Super sweet staff too, definitely going back to her.

This is the best place i ever been and have left my hair just how I wanted it. Cynthia is super professional and attentive on what you want. I highly recommend Cynthia as your hair stylist. Beautiful work. And i love that everyone works together. 😃.

Virgin hair is now so fried that it crumbles. I have hardly no hair left after going here. They don’t pay attention when they are doing your hair because they are too busy talking in the break room. If you want to be left with no hair go there.

My hair and my daughters hair was literally fried. I had to cut off like 5 inches off. All I could smell during my honeymoon was burnt hair. My daughters “updo” didn’t even last more than an hour. They will tell you to wash your hair and not use conditioner. But then they clearly do not use heat protectant. I did give them a chance to contact me about this but they never did. ??♀️
I will say that Jocy did my makeup and I would definitely recommend her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you go to this place make sure you don’t get Ismael, he left my hair all messed up. I have different lengths of hair all over. I really thought since he has been there for years I would have a good experience.

Booked here for my mom to get her hair & makeup done and they did an amazing job! Her hair and makeup lasted all night! The owner was so nice and made us feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this place.

Took FOREVER to do make up and hair and wasn’t even the style I asked for plus they charged me extra last minute and when I asked why, they didn’t have a reason and said because hair was “longer than expected”. Overall, HORRIBLE, overpriced service!
