Prices are 50% higher if you walk in and shop for yourself than if you do curbside. I can understand stores charging a bit more for the convenience of curbside. But charging 50% for you to go in and shop for yourself is not only ridiculous but price gauging. They refused to give me cooperate number. I found it online and have been on hold for 25 minutes.

Went there this morning ( Tuesday August 8th 2023) to get some information about printing stuff. The employee at the printing desk ( Felicia ) was extremely rude. No greeting, no thank you ?? No smile ? Just hushed me off as she was doing a great favour by replying to my questions. Dollar store employees are more courteous and well mannered

Never come back. I placed the order online, came to pick up, and then there are missing 2 of 5 files in total. Called them, and a staff named Amanda shows attitude. Just want them to check it for me then i can come later or refund of 2 files that missing. But it is so hard to talk with her. Keep saying, you need to ... we do not know... how we know... no customer service at all. No sorry. Just assume like i am lier. Never come back.

I can't thank Rafael enough for his patience, professionalism and customer service. I entered the store one minute before closing. I live out of town and really needed the posters to advertise in Houston that night. It is so refreshing to find such great service. I highly recommend store #2662 for your printing needs and ask for RAFAEL!

The customer service here sucks. So tired of the experiences I've been having with businesses that don't keep their employees happy. Cause obviously they end up taking it out on the company's clients. SMH. The person at the business cards desk (Amanda or Vanessa can't remember her name, it became insignificant after her energy was so crappy) was incredibly rude. I have no idea why, but it was an automatic attitude. Reported to the manager and he allowed her to continue the job. Didn't pull her to the side, reprimand her or anything. It's not like I wanted to see with my own eye. Cause he could of taken her to the back o don't care. But come on. Keep your employees in-line .

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. my boyfriend was putting his mask on while on the phone with me. I could hear the "store manager" (troyon (black man)) not sure how to spell it. He was yelling "put your fucking mask on" my boyfriend told him to worry about himself. He was trying to fight my boyfriend while I'm sitting there on the phone with him. Then the store manager came out yelling. I called the store to get their names. The GM said "all this fucking store again and you will be prosecuted" wow! I will never support this store ever again. He came in for a calendar. GM name is Josh! They have been reported and I will be post this everywhere.
