was in recently to pick up printouts for an upcoming con! the girl at copy and print (i think her name was hunter?) was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. 5 stars will definitely order my art prints here again!

I called OD to inquire bout preloadable gift cards. Staff was rude and impatient after I explained what I was looking for, and why I needed. ? claiming he knew nothing bout those cards or any cards they carry because they were not office depot product, and rudely hung up on me. Horrible customer service!!!

I submitted an order online for prints with two copies. I only got one copy. When i went to call the store they were already closed. Used online customer service. Said i would get a refund. Never received that. Also had to place another order to get the second copy for what i needed. Ridiculous

The print and fax department staff went out of their way to put together a booklet of information on a trip I’m taking which makes it accessible to me during my trip. They did an awesome job!

The prices are 50 % higher in store than if you did curbside pickup. I can understand there being a slight increase when doing curbside. But not when you walk in and shop yourself.

Prices are 50% higher if you walk in and shop for yourself than if you do curbside. I can understand stores charging a bit more for the convenience of curbside. But charging 50% for you to go in and shop for yourself is not only ridiculous but price gauging. They refused to give me cooperate number. I found it online and have been on hold for 25 minutes.
