I'm a fan of the store - prices are absolutely competitive, staff is super friendly and inventory seems to stay pretty full. I *do* wish their jingle was a bit less catchy. It's shocking how often you can find yourself belting out " O O O O'Reilly....auto parts!" for no particular reason. Upon further consideration, that *could* be a me issue.

Bought a mass airflow sensor. Had issues tried to return it under warranty and was told that this specific store the manager will not allow warranty exchanges for “electronics”.

Friendly staff, especially if your wife needs windshield wipers no reason for her to break a nail you can tell her to come here ! They will take care of you free of charge just purchase the wipers . Rain or shine oreillys is here to help you !

Ted(Erik)...was over and above in customer service. He made a simple transaction simple! Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and signed me up for discounts. He was kind enough to print me a car report of all my fluid that were needed for my car! He made sure I was well taken care of (( Thank you 'Ted' ))

Aaron and Issac who work at the front counter, let me use their personal tools to change out my spark plug coil, after they found the right part for me. Both guys are awesome and beyond helpful. Eric came out to the parking lot after I left and came back to get my orange check engine lot off for me.Will always go to this location for everything automobile related I need.

Terrible service went in with a bad battery bought an Optima Yellow Top battery with “TED” he said come pick it up at 5pm we have to order it. Went at 6pm another guy said nobody placed the order come tomorrow by 9am I’ll have your battery. Went back the next morning at 11am again still no one placed the order already irritated we asked for a refund a lady comes out “store manager” says we’ll how do I know you didn’t come pick up the battery already? I can’t refund you anything she clearly heard our order was never placed we also asked for our old battery back she also said well I don’t know if I still have it. Giving us the hardest time for their mistakes terrible service. Awful management!
