Ted(Erik)...was over and above in customer service. He made a simple transaction simple! Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and signed me up for discounts. He was kind enough to print me a car report of all my fluid that were needed for my car! He made sure I was well taken care of (( Thank you 'Ted' ))

Aaron and Issac who work at the front counter, let me use their personal tools to change out my spark plug coil, after they found the right part for me. Both guys are awesome and beyond helpful. Eric came out to the parking lot after I left and came back to get my orange check engine lot off for me.Will always go to this location for everything automobile related I need.

Terrible service went in with a bad battery bought an Optima Yellow Top battery with “TED” he said come pick it up at 5pm we have to order it. Went at 6pm another guy said nobody placed the order come tomorrow by 9am I’ll have your battery. Went back the next morning at 11am again still no one placed the order already irritated we asked for a refund a lady comes out “store manager” says we’ll how do I know you didn’t come pick up the battery already? I can’t refund you anything she clearly heard our order was never placed we also asked for our old battery back she also said well I don’t know if I still have it. Giving us the hardest time for their mistakes terrible service. Awful management!

Had a seemingly "bad battery". MARIO , checked it out, just needed to be charged. I opted to upgrade, and so MARIO changed it out for me, IN THE 4:00PM HEAT, with no "attitude". I was disappointed that did not have any money for a tip as he so deserved it.Thanks Mario, have a Blessed rest of you Life!

Aaron, the assistant manager here, is the absolute best O'Reilly's employee I have seen in years! He genuinely helps with a smile whether it's the simplest thing or something far more complex. I am always so happy when I see him behind the counter because I know I will be dealing with someone knowledgeable who doesn't mind helping me understand the problem and find the very best solution. He definitely goes above and beyond and delivers outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back to O'Reilly's!

Had to come in and replace a few wheel nuts and was deeply concerned about the behavior Jesse gave me while he checked me out.Jesse thought it was okay to come around the counter and graze his fingers on my shoulder after telling me a story about his friend who passed away.I urge this store #430 to take this opportunity to be extremely direct with your employees when it comes to flirting on the job. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted that your employee took the opportunity to use a friend who passed away as leveraged opportunity to put their hands on someone.I am still in shock and again extremely upset about the situation and plan to take it to corporate via phone and email.I replaced the nuts myself after parking across the street because I didn’t feel comfortable enough to do it in your parking lot.Please address this problem because I will be consistent about this situation until it is resolved. Thank you.

This used to be a good store, now in last couple months poor custom service experience, long wait in line due to lazy staff who rather scroll on their cell phones while one person handled front counter sales and have customers in line waiting.This was my experience with evening shifts during week.
