I enrolled my son here a few months back and he absolutely loves this place. I've had my son in three different daycares here in Pasadena and Pals activity center has really changed my son's and I opinion on daycares. The patience and how they genuinely care about these children is heart warming to see. My son loves Ms. Rachel whole heartedly. (He tells me everyday :D)Thank you to Ms. Christina as well for helping me calm my son down on his bad morning. Thank you Pals activity staff for making sure my son gets to and from school safely every day and giving my son that great experience to be in daycare surrounded by people with really care while us mothers can be at work with out having to worry if our babies are ok. My son will continue his elementary years at this daycare without a doubt!! :) Love you guys <3

Pals Activity Center is a wonderful daycare full of love and care. My son has been going here since October and it has been a great experience! The teachers have worked with him through his struggles and I couldn’t ask for better people to help my son grow!

I have my 1 year old attending PALS since April, 2021 and I see the excitement she has in her face when i go to drop her off. She loves her teachers and they are great at communicating with me about her needs. Very clean and organized facility i highly recommended it.

I was employed there many years ago. I just recently went over to visit. Center has really improved. Spacious classrooms, clean, huge playground with new equipment. Mr. Thakker and Ms. Hansa are amazing. Staff is great. Facility has been there since 1996. Place is quaint !

We've been a member of Pals Activity Center for almost 10 years and highly recommend this facility. The employees are WONDERFUL and my kids have always enjoyed coming here. They have always addressed our questions or concerns with great care and reported incidents immediately. Mr Tucker and Ms Hansa have always been warm and genuine. My kids are growing but still request their summers at Pals. We plan to continue to be part of this family. Thank you guys so much for caring and loving my babies like your own.

Terrible. My son complained of neck pain after a worker there pushed his head down on a mat trying to force him to take a nap, when we went to ask for an explanation the director acted stupid while the trashy old white haired lady stood there with a smirk because she knew she would get away with it. The other workers were listening and when they heard the allegations they mentioned how she was rough with the kids sometimes and they had seen it before the director immediately interrupted and sent them away to attend to other parents. Absolutely ZERO remorse no apology nothing! She'd rather act like it didn't happen and the old lady still works there!

Staff does NOT monitor drop offs as cars speed out of drive into oncoming traffic. Very loud. Complaints usually ignored.
