My car have been in and out of this shop for 4 months they have been ripping me off. Taking parts off of my car. And never fix the problem on my car . Over the last 4 months I’ve came out 4000 dollars with dealing with this shop! DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE!

I have had my car at PANCHOS AUTOMOTORS for more than a month, my car was in perfect condition, I only arrived to have some catalysts put in and they said that I had to change some cartridges, the car ran well and when they gave it to me I went to put gas in it and it I turned it off, they towed it to their workshop since October 26, this is my car is useless, they can't find it, I see that many people said that there are parts stolen, I can't say that yet because they haven't even delivered it to me, the man named Victor told me. but then he told me his name is carlos rodriguez, they call him short. We have also spent almost $4,000 and I think they are a scam. Please do not bring your vehicles here, run.

Horrible Customer Service paid for oil change and rear main seal and oil change was not done. Mechanic also broke the oil dipstick. After further review I also had him change Motor mounts after getting it checked by other mechanic all screws were loose and not tighten!!!! Stay away from this business.
