Have not ordered from them for a while and was pleasantly surprised. Only reason not 5 stars on all was the counter person did not open each box like they have in the past.

I ordered pizza. was charged. pizza was not delivered. manager refused to refund my money and said they were keeping the pizza. Ana get then told me she would charge more pizza to the card I used to order without my permission! this location is managed by a thief. they literally stole my money and refused to give it back! I have filed credit theft charges and reported them to my banking institution.

Consistently delivers food the wrong addresses of apartment complexes. I guess they can't read door numbers.The manager refuses to be able to refund the orders same day, and doesn't take accountability for the delivery mess ups saying its the customers fault every time.

Very rude and very poor customer service skills. They acted like they were doing me a favor by replacing an order that I paid for TWO times. Justin is completely unprofessional and they prepare the food without gloves. If I could rate lower than 1 star, they'd get half a star, if that. Will NEVER order from this store EVER again! I'm surprised they have a 3.5 rating on here. Complete TRASH!!!

Made a order for delivery which was not delivered. Jessica the manager was extremely rude and no help at all. App said it was delivered. Delivery driver said they talked to a security guard, (I live at a home) I have camera at my home as proof delivery was not even attempted at my house or my neighbors. Jessica refused to give me a refund, was very rude and abnoxious, yelling thru the phone at me and over me. It was a 40 dollar order that Not only did I not receive but she refused to give a refund.

The most amazing manager and evening crew we're so attentive their customer service and actual appreciation to detail was so very much appreciated. My order was perfect. Thank you Southmore crew. I will add this is my favorite spot for pizza. Y'all do it best!

The pizza is good and I never had trouble with any delivery driver until today, his name isJulio Moreno and he ripped up my receipt and scattered it in front of my door all the way down the stairs. Idk what scrawled up his hole for him to do that because I was very polite to him and told him to have a good night. Here's a picture, of my receipt so he won't lie and video of how I found it. My husband had found the rest down stairs when he was coming up.

Okay so I miss you papa John's! I absolutely love the stuffed crust pizza with Italian sausage, chicken, and pepperoni! My family and I absolutely love the buffalo mild sauce wings and cheese dip! My family and I have been sick and out of work until recently, so eventually I will get to order from you again soon! Here is a suggestion, make the wings a little cheaper please?!? I normally order 4 orders and it is so expensive to order from y'all! However, delivery is always amazing, food is always hot, fresh, and makes me want more! Thank you guys for ALL the hard work you do. I think customer service never gets enough credit, so again thank you! God bless! ? ???✝️?
