If I could put -0 I would. I have been going here for over 10 years. My daughter went six months ago with kaylyn Nguyen got a eye glass percriprion and contacts exam. I never received the contact prescription I paid for it but I never received it. They showed me the policy after 6 months if prescription has changed, you need to pay again. Even though I initially never received my first percription I paid for and there is no change in prescription. I will be contacting the medical board and business bureau. Also, I was told I Ruby the front desk receptionist stated the doctor did not want to talk to me. I do not want anything for free just what I paid for.

Dr. Nguyen was great and professional. Went in for an eye exam to get a new prescription for contacts. She was very easy to talk to. explained everything well and answered all my questions. My previous eye exam (at another optometrist) felt rushed and I think they didn’t dial in my prescription 100% right. BUT Dr Nguyen did really made sure it was just right! ????????Located at Walmart on Fairmont. Right side entrance is a door before the main Walmart entrance.Neat and clean office. Terrific experience overall. Thanks doctor Nguyen ????????5 stars plus!

Stopped by here to make an appointment for my son to get a eye exam surprisingly they were pretty booked up. A couple of years ago you couldn't pay me to come here with that terrible staff, but now things has changed only time will tell.

Scheduled an appointment for nothing since walk in customers go before you anyways. Been waiting 30 minutes and still nothing. Ridiculous.

Had a 3:00 appointment. Arrived 20 mins early to do general paperwork which Took roughly 10 mins to complete. Took 40 minutes to be seen in a complete empty waiting room. The Dr was asleep literally. Walked out right pass us when woken up by the receptionist's knock in the door. Didn't say a word to us. Walked out of the office for a few minutes then back in and right back into the room he was occupying. Hawked up a storm with what sounded like really really bad congestion. Couldn't breathe. This made me really curious what was this dr's deal. When the receptionist's heard me question why was this taking so long to be seen, she went to again knocion the Drs door and after a few more minutes of snuggles and yawns and whatever else he was doing he finally called my daughter in for a 5 min. Exam. Exam was complete, he gave the receptionist the paperwork and she handed to me. I was like...is this it? And yes it was. Left wondering WTH just happened. No explanation what so ever. Will never return to this place.

I went in for a contact lens exam over 3 months ago. I was told I would have to return after a week to see if the lenses were working, but I pretty much ignored that because it sounded more like advice than a necessity, and I thought they had given me my prescription at check out. A few days later, I became very sick and wasn't recovered from my severe illness until the end of January. I began looking for my contact prescription then, but couldn't find it, and so returned to the office where I was told they had never given me one because I'd never returned for a follow up (is this really a thing? I've worn contacts for 26 years and I've never had to return for a follow up before getting my prescription). At that point, I would need to schedule another fitting. Being completely out of contacts at that point, there was nothing more to do than sigh and make a new appointment. I showed up on time for my appointment, but it was over an hour before I was seen. I was told that I was given a certain type of contact the previous visit which I knew for certain I had not worn (they felt very different from the contacts I have worn for the last 20 years.) They were insistent, but whatever. Then they didn't have my prescription in stock, so I had to go through the exam in one contact that I couldn't even see out of. Because they didn't have my prescription, I was told I would have to come back AGAIN after they ordered the trial. Again, nothing to do but sigh and wait. And wait. And wait. After 2 weeks, I called and left a message, asking where my contacts were. After 2.5 weeks, I dragged myself in, despite having a cold, and was told that they had no record of even needing to order my contacts. At that point, I pretty much lost it. I'm so over this. I've already thrown nearly $200 at them trying to get a prescription, so it feels sickening to just walk away and go somewhere else, but I don't know what else to do. If they ever get their act together and call me to say my contacts are in, then I would return, but I don't foresee that happening. I wish I'd gone to some chain store and done this instead, for I'd have contacts by now, rather than going here and being without contacts for months now.

HORRIBLE !! This place USED to be great until Dr. Tham started working here! I will NEVER come back here and see this doctor! She is EXTREMELY rude, has no patience for kids OR adults, and I am so confused how she is even allowed to work with people! My husband took my daughter in to get contacts and she was so rude, even yelling at my daughter because she was taking too long to put contacts in! (It was her first time and she is 12). My daughter left crying! Her and I returned a couple of days later and I got the same feeling as my daughter did. She is so high strung and you can tell she either hates her job or hates dealing with people. AGAIN, VERY rude, and AGAIN, practically yelling at her on how she "wasn't doing it right". My daughter was getting it in, just not fast enough for her! When I would ask her questions she would not answer them, just avoid the question! Like, seriously??? PLEASE FIRE THIS WOMAN!!! All the other doctors here are good! So if you MUST go here, asked that DR. THAM NOT BE YOUR DOCTOR!! .....Oh, I should add that we waited for an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES TO BE SEEN AND HAD AN APPOINTMENT!

I was shopping at Walmart when I realized it was time for my nearly check up. The location is conveiently located at Walmart so it was a really easy office to visit. I went in for a glasses exam and the staff was very professional and helpful. The prices were cheap. I would reccomend this office if anyone.

Really good location, this place has low prices and actually takes my insurance that no one else takes. The Doctor is nice too, I'll be coming back every year

frustrating staff; waste of time, I had to get my contacts reordered twice because the first trial contacts I did not see anything. It took way too long to finally receive my prescription. VERY RUDE receptionist, when I called to receive a copy of my prescription I was cut off, had to call back multiple times, because she could never send me the right one. When she finally sent it as I wanted to thank her she hung up on me.

Great experience. In and out really fast, and all prices were within my price range.
