This Petco would not see my dog or take him in because we were a few minutes late. Call in to let them know However they would not provide a spot for him and were very unpassionate about the service. I had to use this location because the store in Baytown would not see him because was a senior This store or franchises is a joke and its policy sucks if they even have one Alex Sierra

I started taking my puppy here for grooming once a month in December then starting in April they would call and cancel to reschedule. My dog skipped July groom because of rescheduling pushing her to the end of Aug. when I took her in a few minutes early the groomer gave me trouble about leaving her. I then told her nevermind I would take her to another Petco. When I called a different Petco the grooming manager at Petco on Spencer had put in a message to black ball my puppy from Petco. After 8 month of going and having viral care I was black balled. I will never go back to Petco. I even called corporate and never heard back. Petsmart has my business now and I will recommend Petsmart to all.

Took Chico a male chihuahua to get his nails clipped and a shampoo. After I get there they say they only serve dogs over 10 years old if they have a relationship with them. They couldn't tell me that over the phone? And WTH!

Terrible place. Go to petsmart. The manager refused to let me trade something in even though it was within the 60 day return policy.

I entered the store and have a pick up. There's no one at the front register besides the female employee with blue hair and the employee refuses to answer my question when i asked her 3x is there someone doing pick up orders. Then a customer comes to the register and she helps him 1st and continues to ignore me. So i yell out to anyone in the store that i need help at the pick up, then a man name Bjoern walks over and he actually helps a white lady behind me 1st. He literally has to look over my shoulder to help her. So we go back & forth and after 5 or so minutes he finally decides to help me. I was able to catch part of the exchange here but I have to post it in the pictures of the store. Some reason I cannot add it to the actual review. The people in this Petco Are extremely racist and I hope the company goes under Or are bought out by Petsmart and they are all fired #stopantiblackhate
