“Krogers should watch out because HEB is doing it right . They have the most helpful , curious , kind , knowledgeable and helpful employees ever. Compared to Krogers where your treated as a bother rather than a paying customer .
Just the level of cleanliness is unmatched by competitors. The variety of products is amazing and the quality of the store brand is great too. The only thing I would complain about it’s the lack of weekly “deals “ . I think that offering some sort of rewards program would be great addition to the experience for customers . Offering discounts on fuel , and loyalty points of some sort . Highly recommended this place. Child friendly also !!!”

“Popped in to get my passport pictures taken for a Federal handgun permit. Walgreens closest to my house isn't taking photos due to Covid. Got my fingerprints taken just before coming over, where the lady said that places like this were horrible for taking acceptable passport photos. Cheryl took my first picture, which didn't work because I was leaning my head. She didn't accept that, retaking the picture, providing what should be an acceptable picture. I mentioned that I was planning on getting my first passport as well. She was kind enough to print out the application, as well as the renewal for my fiancé, which Cheryl didn't have to do. Thank you for going the extra mile, I appreciate it.”

“Can’t get anyone to answer my phone calls. Can’t get anyone to call me back after leaving multiple voicemails. They have had my prescriptions pending for over 2 weeks and no word. TERRIBLE PHARMACY. Not sure how they are even in business. Okay. Come to find out the doctors office never sent the prescriptions. Even though just on Friday they said they had twice. Spoke with a very nice pharmacist who sincerely apologized. As do I.”
“The first thing I can say in this review is that I hope I never lose this pharmacy to go to for my medicines. It has a down-home feel that you cannot find in any of these big chain pharmacies, along with care and helpful kindness that goes a long way in helping you to feel so much better about doing business here. The prices are low and you don't get ripped off like you do at other pharmacies - it's the quality service of the people who work here (especially Steven), that really make my days - I feel like I am home here. I can't get the same care and consideration anywhere else - the big pharmacies just don't seem to care much these days - just in my experience. “I checked out on Thursday, May 7th with a cashier named Kathy. I observed how patient & wonderful she was with an elderly customer ahead of me who was buying flowers for his wife that was in the hospital. After checking me out, Kathy also said a quick prayer for my Mother because my Dad is currently in the hospital fighting cancer. This small gesture meant the world to us. I know we are all busy in so many different ways but Kathy really takes time to know her customers. Good customer service is rare these days. Kathy provided excellent customer service that night & because of that experience we will continue shopping at this location. Thank you Kathy for being a beautiful human being & spreading joy.”

“The phone is rarely answered by staff, hold times run into two hours for 3 ppl waiting, there is a second party answering at times that keeps you on hold forever, only to relay the calls and again be put on hold. That rarely gets you a call back or a pharmacist on the phone. The young dark curly headed girl tending to the register is slower than Christmas coming in January! OMG!! Not in a hurry bout Nothing!! 45-1hr to wait on one person. When I arrived after 2-3 texts my meds were ready, I waited and waited. I left 50min later the second person was still in line. ? NO 2 WORDS FOR HORRIBLE!! I saw at least 6staff members behind the counter plus one in Health part, prob for vaccines, flu etc. Absolutely shameful!! I'm waiting 1-55 min on phone now, still waiting on them to wait on third person. So they've only taken care of two ppl so far in near two hours. Geez.. Management over this store needs to be evaluated! How do you NOT see this problem? They're not overseeing these issues in a timely more professional manner. Horrible Customer service!! Also, are the techs working the register, the same ones handing you your meds, OTC purchases, etc., same ppl tending to vaccines, testing etc? NOT GOOD PEOPLE!! ?”
