Some of the rudest employees I have ever met. Was in store and saw manager talking to a couple who was obviously having a hard time and just wanted some ice water and the manager told them to leave and never come back. I sincerely hope this manager never has to go through something like that because I am sorry if they do I hope karma hits them in the face hard and they get treated the same way. The store was also a mess as well as the bathrooms. The pre-made hamburgers and chicken sandwiches were dry and looked like they had been there all day.

I went and purchased some Def fluid on on June 16 2025 store number 729 which is located on interstate 45 north and Richey road houston tx the next day my truck gave me a notification saying improper Def fluid was use this was on June 17 2025 on June 18 2025 I took my truck to the diesel mechanic and he confirmed bad Def fluid was use he stated that is was at 25 % and that the spec should of been at 32% i paid almost $ 500 for repairs out of my pocket i reached out to there corporate office because I didn't think it was fair that I should pay for something that was not my fault nor did I have control of there Def fluid so the basically gave me the run around and told some bs excuse about how there specs are accurate and they need proof when I sent proof of purchase and receipt from the mechanic with the proof on Def fluid measurements so the only fault I has was stop at flying J

Well our company changed our designated fuel stop to Flying J so just trying to make the best of it. Not bad but I did have a bad experience. I purchased drive tier aluminum covers at the George West location and they were the wrong size. All i wanted was an exchange for the right size and they wouldn't allow it. So I have to wait till I get a load that takes me back thru George West. Bummer

Today 6/11/25 at 10:30 pm. Two cashier's at this station don't know how to use rewards card. I am asking him to help me to get my free soda from my reward on the electronic payment machine and I he telling me that I do not have a free soda when I do. So I ask him again to help me or let's do it on the standard register and he denied to help me. I ask the other staff to help and the guy I was asking first told him to not help. I was to explain to the other staff what's going on and he denied to help too. One ofvthe worst staff. People like that don't suppose to be working around people because it's the worst customer service ever. Hope take action about it and teach the employees how to use or read rewards card.

It shouldn't cost $18 to take a shower. These trucks stops get away with over pricing everything. It's ridiculous.

I will admit that the place was clean and stocked. However, they have joined the growing trend of all paid parking. It is bad enough that the price of everything they sell is marked up to extortion levels, but to give absolutely nothing, while trying to rake every nickel you have, just because they can, is a deal breaker for me. I no longer spend a penny at any place I can't park for free at. I carry my own soda and instant coffee, as well as most of my food. I will go in and use the microwave, get hot water for my coffee and ice for my soda. I get my fuel elsewhere. Until more drivers start taking a stand, these places will continue these predatory practices.

Has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever heard of as far as customer service is concerned three different employees tell me they can’t accept the payment over the phone for a shower for a driver, as well as the fact that their app doesn’t seem to wanna work at all and then when it does work, it locks you into where you can’t do anything outside the area again trying to pay for a driver on site while at another location Their staff is rude as hell on the phone and their customer support doesn’t even work 24 seven it only works six days a week when the actual locations are open 24 seven quite a big disconnect there as far as I’m concerned it’s just highway robbery for their prices on top of everything else Sitting there charging $18 for a shower. Yes that might be a standard rate but that’s getting ridiculous on the companies that have to pay for them for every driver. Yes, there are plenty of times where fuel allows them to get a shower reward but that doesn’t cover every single day or every circumstance.
Absolute irritation and headache

The bathroom is clean, and so is the store. However, I was stopping to get something to eat and drink also. The only pizza they had was half of a burnt pepperoni pizza that looked like it had been sitting there for half the day. The cold brew was weak, and the hot coffee was burnt. I didn't want a fountain drink cause the machine looked dirty. Honestly, I used the restroom and just left and went somewhere else.

This is the type of things that are allowed here. Not to mention the dropped trailers holding up parking spots when they specifically say they don't allow this type of thing! Yet, it's a normal thing all across the country, especially here!!! I wish I could give zero stars!
