This is a very clean storage unit and nice people. I had a little discrepancy that was actually out of the facilities hands and Matt from the office called me and made it more than right on there behalf. I give props to this public storage for taking care of people. Highly recommend it.

Don’t waste your time with this location. The front office always has an attitude unless you catch them on a good day. They pick and choose when to be picky about the rules, other people can throw trash on the side of the dumpster and others can’t. Other people can park their vehicle in front of the door to move items but others can’t. They sit in their car and leave for a while to go on their lil smoke sessions. I moved out of my unit this past week and found this mouse, definitely didn’t come from my items because I moved from the unit on the 2nd floor to a bigger one on the 1st floor. Bathrooms are gross, elevator hardly works and you gotta fight to get a cart to help you move. Pricing is also ridiculously high, I would never recommend this location.

I was not told the code 2 the door or anything. I clld 2 have someone call back 2 give the door code, but no 1 clld back so I had 2 leave 4 fear I would b unable 2 get out of the gate. I was so annoyed & frustrated! 😡

Phenomenal customer service. Thank You Katelyn. For your support and time. She was very knowledgeable about this property. Answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this place. You have the option to have a Climate control unit or not. Im so happy with the upgrades this location has made.

I had quite a nice experience, from move in to move out.
When I first started looking for a storage unit I called around and first thing was when one of the three wonderful staff helped me rent over the phone so I could save the time getting moved in. It’s been a while but I think her name was Kaitlyn. Very professional.
After getting lost and forgetting my access code every time, the other girl who I’ve seen Raelyn was super nice and helped me out, especially when I needed my lock cut from losing keys. She had someone to get it removed by the end of that month, fantastic!
Last shoutout to Diana for helping me transfer my account from one unit to another after that hurricane rolled through. Super grateful for all the service and support from an absolute A+ team
When I rent again I could only hope to have such wonderful staff next time, thanks again!!
