They have gone above and beyond to not tend to walk ins, then when you make an appointment they do not follow it. Finally was seen and all I saw was personal on their phones others applying make up while I was in the room and others chatting and laughing in the other rooms, all while I advised them my sugar was at 60 and going down. This place is very unprofessional. Never again

Bad experience I brought a urine sample from my son and I had already registered a day before and they make me register again the sample is from 7am and they will assist me until 10:20am I don't know if the sample still works until that time.. I really don't understand why we have to wait again if we already bring the samples. They only make us waste more time.

Mother came home crying said the Supervisor named Joy mistreated and belittled her. Joy was unprofessional and unfriendly to be working taking care of patients.

Had a great experience here. I had an appointment for 10:20am online, checked in at about 10:12am and was called at around 10:25am. They were very busy, but the process was smooth. The waiting area was clean and I like how the TV monitors show your place in line with your appointment so you can know if you are next or further down the list.I believe the phlebotomist's name was CJ who saw me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The lab draw went very smooth. He even informed me about how squeezing your fist during the draw could cause elevated potassium levels and to not do that, which I had no idea.I will definitely be returning to this Quest for any future routine lab draws.

Quest is very convenient and fast. Easy checking no long wait. Daira D took great care of me. Very personable with a beautiful smile. One of the best blood draws I have every had.

I used the website to set up an appointment, but somehow the site was changed from Pasadena to Channelview. The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate me even though they had no appointments scheduled. If you can get your doctor to have your labs done elsewhere I highly recommend it. This place will do everything to make it harder and less convenient for the patient. The mobile app is unreliable.

The front staff has no customer skills. If you can get past that typically the attending staff is much better. I wish they could fix the process for signing in and having rude people assist you

No clear directions. If you have an appointment, MAKE SURE TO SIGN IN AGAIN 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME! If not, they will not call you regardless of appointment time.They need signs telling people what to do. Only 1 workers takes the time to help people sign in, they need more.

So I had to call Quest Diagnostic Central line today. First, I was told that they could not locate the provider account. When I asked for them to check it again, I was told they cannot accept an out of state lab order. I called the Quest line and spoke to a representative just to verify if their policies have changed. They didn't. There is no reason why they should have turned me away since an appointment was made and had the proper paperwork. Instead of making a big fuss over it with the staff inside, I decided to initiate an internal investigation in which I am expecting a phone call and review them on here. I give one star for cleanliness and location. Other than that, please train your staff to abide by the external and internal policies so patient care is not hindered.
