I do not recommend this location and would never return or likely shop with this company again. I don’t appreciate how I entered the store with a bag, inside the bag was an item that needed to be returned. The register only had 1 employee at it which was the manager Jessica. I walked directly to the back of the store where the item was located to see if they even had the item I needed in stock. Jessica left the register in a store full of customers to follow and harass me. She then sends another employee Carizma, to watch me. The store didn’t have the item so I proceeded to leave and of course they eyed me the entire time I was in the store. I left out but came back and returned the original item I had and told them how unpleasant and unprofessional they were. Of course they had nothing to say and looked stupid the entire time.

Customer service staff does not give information to customers because they do not qualify for the discount they simply say you do not qualify and get angry if you ask more questions so just the discount sign at the entrance is a scam!! I bought yesterday and I wanted to leave the products and simply NOT buy them but I didn't want to make my daughter feel bad about that situation so I just paid without a discount! It bothers me that they pay employees to despise their clients or I don't know if they are like that with all clients, maybe because I'm Hispanic they didn't want to serve me well. And explain to me how I could get a discount on my second pair of shoes. I bought yesterday July 27, 2024

They didn't have my size in the shoe I wanted so the associate offered to order them for ome- I didn't know that was available to do. I was called within a few days to pick up my shoes (I chose the in store option). Now I have what I want. The lady who helped me was super nice.

I didn’t catch how to spell her name but Aja, the sweet woman with green glasses gave fabulous customer service. It was my boyfriend’s birthday today and she made sure we got that birthday deal, thanks again!

I was BLOWN away at the fact this store was smaller than the Nike outlet next door YET they had better deals and had just what we needed!!! Found my son similar shoes to what he had before where the front was hanging out lol so we were able to snag a new pair of nikes for a great deal(the same or might be cheaper than amazon). Ladies at the front checkout were so sweet and gave me alot of discounts to use later. Would HIGHLY recommend!
