I use my Rainbow for commercial cleaning and they take a beating almost daily several times a day. I've taken it in for maintenance and minor repairs and also parts. The warranty covered the first 2/3 years and now I pay for parts but Paul is amazing at repairing, he really knows his stuff. I stand and watch as he repairs. Each time I have been here, I get exceptional service. Old or new, he can fix them all! I absolutely love my Rainbow vacuum. I have one that's over 20 years old and still works like a charm. My newest one works just as well. Super suction and I love how easily the hose detached to vacuum furniture, drapes and even reach the corners of a room for spiderwebs!

I haven't even been to the shop yet, (going tomorrow) But I've never had such great customer service. I am looking forward to working with them for my repair.

Can't recommend them enough! I was vacuuming and the carpet attachment failed to continue working. I called 2 numbers from Google - both non working so I wasn't hopeful calling a third but then I got Debbie (the owner) on the phone. She said bring it now and her husband can fix it. I immediately drove my Rainbow motor, hose, and carpet attachment over there. The handle buttons were not working therefore the carpet attachment wouldn't turn on at all. I got there and Paul (the owner) helped me unload then invited me back to his small workspace where I was by his side the entire process and could see everything he was doing. He was very thorough and checked the motor unit 1st. I mentioned that I thought it was the handle on the hose and he said he wanted to make certain the machine was working and that the handle was the easy part. I was in a hurry as I had to finish my cleaning before company came over but I appreciated his concern for the main things 1st and didn't just listen to me with my hose. There were a couple little tweaks he did just because he is a nice guy. Now I understand why he checked the motor 1st so that I didn't get home and find I had a bigger problem. He did the same thing with the carpet attachment taking it apart to evaluate all of it. Taking both the motor and carpet attachment apart to make sure they were clean and working properly. Once both of those checked out, he fixed the handle button that was broken. A little ear had broken off on the inside of the plastic switch and wouldn't allow it to turn on. He replaced a screw on a broken piece inside next to the water bowl latches. He said he'd never seen that broken but noticed right away that it was loose so he just took care of it right away. He cleaned what he could since I've never serviced it. He replaced a nut ($5) to the inside spinner that you clean each time you store it. Then he replaced the button on the hose handle ($10). Everything was fixed and I was back on my way home in about 30 mins. There was no charge for the service only the $15 for the two small parts. I was genuine pleased with the whole interaction with both Paul and Debbie. I appreciated the courtesy and the quick, reasonably priced service. And I appreciate their 36 year longevity in business. I WILL definitely be back anytime I need service on my Rainbow or if I'm in the market for any new Rainbow Vacuum accessories. Thank you so much for helping me in my lil crisis.

Bought her a rainbow, again!!! My lovely wife loves her house clean and I bought her a rainbow 21 years ago. Little to be said, they are just amazing machines, so this Christmas she will be getting a new one. Don’t judge me, she actually want it.

I bought a brand new rainbow because the salesman said it was superior in cleaning and vacuuming. I paid over $3000 for the entire package, but I have never one used it and it functioned properly. It is a rip off and they should not be selling this product. It won't vacuum without malfunctioning it won't purify the air without malfunctioning it always has a red light and just stops working. Please don't waste your money on this crap
