I opened my bank account online because Regions was offering $300 for new accounts with $1000 in deposits. It's been almost 2 months, 5 conversations, 2 trips to the bank and NO ONE seems to know what is going on? I'm going to the bank this morning to file a complaint and close my account. Don't bank here.

I took my step son to open up his first checking account there which i had to be linked to. The friendly lady rep was very helpful and explained all the benefits of having it be a student account and explained the overdraft protection (which the kid definitely needs he is kind of an idiot with money) allows you to still make purchases when you don't have enough and charges you $35, if you waive that then it just won't let you buy whatever you want. Also since he is making under $800 a month there was no $5 maintenance fee for a student account; I feel this is the perfect setup and hopefully helps him pave his way into adulthood.

Stop by from the other side of town, needed to withdraw from checking. No customers what so ever, honestly how many ppl does it take to count money. It took 30 minutes. I get being safe but HOT DOG!!! This is ridiculous the only branch that so far i have had this issue

Stay away from here!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Stopped to use atm. $4 for a non bank member! Convenient stores aren't even that expensive!

Take negative bank reviews with a grain of salt guys - people are touchy about money and those who can't manage it well (myself in the past, included) have a tendency to shift blame inappropriately with outrageous expectations that simply go against basic bank policy.Regions has been really wonderful to me so far. I want to recognize Nicole at Pasadena branch specifically, who helped me get my account back up and running after I made a mistake with a deposit (and no, it was nobody else's fault but my own.) I'm really impressed how quickly she resolved and corrected the issue, was reassuring throughout the process, and maintained professionalism and communication until full resolution. Thanks a bunch Nicole! What a huge relief.

They charge for cashing their own checks and people there don't help at all don't fall for the 0 mantainance fee if 8 buys per month NICE is not good enough nobody wants to cash this checks

Worst customer service ever. I have banked with them for now 3 years. After today I do not want to do business with this bank. Between the calls on hold just to verify my pay off amount, bank manager not helpful and finally when I reach someone to get some assistance the attitude just wants you to NEVER bank with them. Oh well.
