They should put someone in customer service who actually wants to be there, the lady at the front desk is bitter, disrespectful and barely speaks to you so you have to guess what she is saying, this is not the first time she has treated me badly, this happens every time we visit the place, the store has 5 stars but some employees need to know that the most important thing in a business is the customers!

I applied for a position at the store and the company waits an hour and a half before my interview time to send a message out saying they’re considering other candidates. I’m already dressed and mentally prepared for the interview. To receive a message last minute is very unprofessional, I should’ve received this message yesterday. Whoever the hiring manager is, he/she needs to go back into training.

I love the store but there is a manager name Robert he does not have any qualities to be a manager he is so rude 0 in customer service his behavior is like he does not deserve to be in the store I heard he was talking to young men so rude about his purchase pricing it was different on the price tag and scanned different so young men asked for price check he said he does not care for his employees He has 33 years experience and don’t tell him how to run the business he was so Harsh

Truck drivers
Had 2 delivers one restaurant depot of jester wich was a absolute horrible experience and then this store totally opposite
Dylan in receiving was a absolute kind and cool person apart from being a professional at unloading and counting. Would recommend delivery to this store 100%
Dock doors are not tight and have plenty of room for 53ft reefers.

This makes 6 out of 8 times that they charge me for a case instead of a single unit. I caught it before i left previously , this time I didn't see it, I didn't have my glasses in my pocket so i told the cashier that I do Not have any cases of products she said ok, then i paid, the 2nd checker checked my receipt then I left to find out after driving 90 miles back home that I was charged for 100.00 for case of cheese when i only bought 1 unit . it really is frustrating that we have to do their job each time because they cant be trusted at the checkout to do the simplest of task.

This was my first time coming to this store. I had questions and asked for assistance. The first gentleman (David) that I asked in the produce area. He was very clingy and gave off creep vibes. Didn't seem interested in helping but more so creeping and making people uncomfortable. I finally just walked away. Then I asked another gentleman (Garrison) he was super helpful and was quick to get me what I needed without making me feel uncomfortable.
