Would give it a zero. Schedule had to be moved because of there lack of time management. Windshield was replaced but they did not do what they said they would. Glass was left all in the cab, on the concrete, and in the bed. Even though I payed the recycling fee. Windows were not clean as it was stated in the description that they would be. Should have just went to a real shop and had it done by professionals that will actually do everything they say they would at the same price, and at the set timeframe. I will never use Safelite or recommend them again.

Update: they did a bad job at replacing the windshield sensor (the whole reason it took 3 visits) the plastic casing was left open and the wiring isn't in there properly.
After the third time coming up here, I did finally get my windshield replaced. Unfortunately, this place seems very disorganized. The first visit the lead tech didn't catch an order mistake, the second visit multiple techs came up talking to the receptionist like a bunch of lost puppies, they didn't know where anything was and due to the first tech not catching the mistake, I had to come back a third time, and once again the techs came up not knowing where a windshield is and the receptionist had to go find it for them. Also the price was inconsistent. But I can see out of my windshield now. I won't be using them again though, it was more of a hassle than it should've been. I will say the receptionist was extremely apologetic and was helpful. So kudos to her!

Booking on line for our windshield replacement was easy, we got a quick response back, and from start to finish everything was efficient and well done. This was our second time to use Safelite and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The gentleman at the Pasadena, Texas shop was very nice and helpful. They finished everything sooner than we expected which was nice.

Would definitely recommend such an easy process from start to finish. Availability was great and worked with my schedule. Technician Antonio Conchas was amazing and very knowledgeable and kept me updated from the time of arrival to exactly what process was being completed on my vehicle. Service was truly amazing.
