Such an easy process. I went online and scheduled the appointment, was able to confirm insurance would cover, they sent reminder notices and told me when the tech was on the way. The tech was Mariah and she was pleasant and fixed a chip in the windshield in about 10 minutes. Great experience.

I have used safelite before to replace my windshield and have never had any problems until my last visit.After replacement of my windshield, my wiper arms were not installed correctly.The passenger side nuts that hold down the wiper arms were not even hand tight.All of the nuts also were not torqued to specification.I am very lucky that it was the passenger side that was not installed correctly because if it had been the driver side, I feel as if that could have led to a dangerous situation as it has been raining very heavily in Houston lately.Would no longer recommend safelite, stick to the dealership.

When online made an appointment phonegave 2 choices of window in my 2017 Ford F150 price was $568.Went to store they said that the wording on the quote on the computer was wrong price went up to $998 then they said.That that was the wrong number for the window and then the price Went up to $1100 the Price went up 3 times within 20 minutes head no choice left the truck.They repaired the window we went to pick the truck up then the window.Was off-center by 1/2 inch?We complained they said that we had to pay for the window and labor and to bring it back in one week.2 warranty it out took the Truck pack in one week they redid the work but once again from the first time they didn't even vacuum out the broken glass from the bed of the. Truck for the floor on the back seat high literary.Cut my finger what are piece of glass on the floor what I reached in set my? Hand down on the floor not even in apology.I think for his big as this company is they would pay more.Attention to detail they should've charged us. The price that was quoted the first time and didn't even apologize for us having to bring the truck back the second time I will never.Use this company again and if I was you.I would really check the figures before you go if you decide to go.

Choose another glass company. These people are so unprofessional!! Wasting your time with ordering and installing the wrong parts. Calling you to drop off your vehicle and that the glass is in and not checking or verifying that the part has been delivered. 5 times these people have screwed up. Now, there is no update on the part or how long it will be. The people are not organized!

Safelite AutoGlass is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. On top of the technician not knowing what he was doing, they have no idea how to treat a customer. I had my windshield and side window repaired this morning 9/18/2023, and they did a terrible job then tried to cover it up with silicone and glue. Now, both the driver and passenger side windows do not work, and I can't adjust my side mirrors. The panel itself is loose, and multiple parts are broken. They also left glass glue all over the car inside out. Then, on top of all the damage done to my door panel, the window they replaced has cracked again. I would not recommend them to anyone. This is very frustrating.

My car was broken into so I had to get the window replaced via my insurance. This was the most convenient place to do it so I went after work. The window was replaced and everything looked fine. The new window was dirty and full of hand prints. It felt a little unprofessional to return the car to me this way but the window worked and that's all I was worried about. It rained very heavily in my area yesterday and I had to roll down the windows because they were fogging up. The window they replaced is now getting stuck halfway down. I'm assuming it has something to do with the rain as it wasn't doing this before. None of my other windows are behaving this way.

Incompetent wiper blade install and incompetent desk guy who mocked my stutter. Had my driver side blade fly off my car going 65mph on the highway in the pouring rain. I would hate for this to have been a mother with children in the car who had this happen, could have ended much more tragically. Best they could do is replace it. I was willing to ignore the damage they did to my dashboard since it is an older car and the plastic is brittle, but this is unacceptable. My first time using Safelite will also be my last. I would not recommend getting wiper blades from them and after the experience I just had at the center, I would not recommend them for any service.

The manager Tyler is a no good for nothing, condescending individual who lacks customer service skills. I have no idea how a person with so little regard for customers and co-workers can even be considered for a managerial position. Just from sitting and waiting over 3 hours, I heard at least 3 customers complain and at least 2 co-workers. He is truly so full of himself that he doesn't even listen to customer's concerns. Tyler is a very poor excuse for a leader.

I had a horrible experience at a safelite in another state. They replaced my windshield and left it whistling when driving over 45. My car was also dying and backup camera was acting funny.I took my car to this safelite and they were very upfront and honest with what it might be. It seems that the previous safelite didn’t preserve my battery and ran it all the way down. They went ahead and charged the whole battery for me and saved me a lot of money. They also informed me the top of the windshield hadn’t been glued on there tight enough so they fixed that as well. So far, my car feels back to normal and it’s such a relief. I will definitely use this safelite again in the future. Thank you pasadena safelite!!

I am beyond pissed with Safe Lite. Installed wrong windshield on my son's 2023 Kia K5. That meant all safety features didn't work. He had a minor fender bender and it is costing 10k to fix which also raised my insurance. They came to the collision place today without proper insurance with liabilities on Kias property and wanted to argue that they have never been asked to do this. Had safety features been working, lane assist would have pulled him back into his lane . KIA has been wonderful at working with me but Safe Lite has given us the run around. I'm about ready to let a lawyer handle this. This is unacceptable and I hope nobody else has to deal with this. It's been 6 months and still fighting to get them to do their job the correct way

Fast and professional service! Not only were they the cheapest in town, I scheduled a "drop-off" service which said in by 9:30 out by 5 that was good for my schedule. My new windshield was installed in an hour! I was consistently updated via text on their progress! They even got all my required stickers reinstalled perfectly (registration, TxTag, etc...) As I drive a Jeep and new windshields are a regular thing, they will getting my business again!
