Terrible experience the first technician who came claimed my washer motor is completely burned out that they could not do anything that I would need to wait for a call to receive a offer bc they do not make this part anymore. He said he called his supervisor no call. He documented he fixed it and case was close the Second time a technician closed my case documented he worked on my washer found the issue and could not contact me. NO ONE CANE TO MY HOME. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would love to speak to someone about this but everything is AI

Tech said he showed up. There was a huge cardboard left with a time, but no one called me to say they were at the house. There is an app to check for estimated time, which tech did not update at all. First it said 9:48am, and then about 10:30 it changed to 11:06, and then that was it. Next I got a bill for $125 labor via email.

Sears home repair is terrible and the technician that I had was also terrible he came. I told him that my gas dryer was not heating up, but it was still rotate. We both saw that it still worked except the heating element. He told me the wire burned out he replaced the wire and then the dryer wouldn’t work so he said I needed to replace the start button sent me another invoice for about $26 that I paid same day and come to find out he didn’t even put the part in, this all happened November 14 today is Monday, November 18 and my dryer is still not working off. Call Sears multiple times trying to get this rectified with no help and my dryer is still not fixed especially since I almost paid $400.

Our technician reached out early in the day and set expectations on the approximate time frame he would arrive. He later texted when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was able to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator based on our description and his examination, and had the means at his disposal to fix the issue fairly quickly that same day. We are very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Real quick: The technician who came out did communicate his eta, but after that the communication was lost. He did fix our washing machine issue, but we still don't know what it is he fixed. Hey, but it is fixed, so thank you!
