About Sears Appliance Repair

Sears Appliance Repair in Pasadena, TX, is noted for its fast and reliable service. Technicians are described as prompt, polite, experienced, and knowledgeable, often explaining repairs thoroughly. They provide convenient same-day or next-day appointments for a wide range of home appliances. However, the system for delivering parts to homes can be slow and confusing, with poor assistance from the messaging system, which was a significant drawback for some customers. Despite this, technicians are consistently praised as efficient, friendly, and great representatives of the company.

Outstanding experience. Francisco quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us several options. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We couldn't be more satisfied. In the end we decided to buy a new one and just paid the diagnostic fee.
