Although there was moderate delay because the sales reps changed on us and re-doing the proof to what was agreed with the first rep, the ordering process was excellent. One month ago, I needed the memorial printouts for my dad's funeral, and this was the only print shop that could do a print job for me within 48 hours. I was so stressed: there wasn't enough time to order anything online, and other shops in the area couldn't do exactly what I needed. But I came here, and the ladies at this shop really know what they're doing. They priced it, estimated it to the penny, got to work, and delivered it early! Since then, I have been using their services for shipping, and I rather drive out of my way to come here.
