“I usually dread going to UPS/Fed Ex stores because the employees always seem so rude. I’ve used this location twice in the last week and let me tell you Karen went above and beyond to help and make sure my order was accurate and ready. Not only is she efficient, she’s incredibly friendly! There are other stores closer to my house but it’s worth the drive for exceptional customer service. Thanks Karen!”
