Needed a tittle transfer / (salvage tittle) from California. I was told about 3 weeks to 4 weeks. It’s been 4 and 1/2 months and counting. Every time I call they say they call me whenever they get it. No updates .Don’t do business here.

Terrible service, he seated us at 3pm, and arriving minutes before the place was closed and with a sign saying "I went out to eat, I'll be back at 3:40pm. It's 4:30pm and he hasn't returned. He's unpunctual in everything!! I don't know what the hell he's giving us the appointment for. We've had everything ready for the sticker and plates since November and he's just dragged his feet week after week. He asked me if the people who give him 5 stars are friends or acquaintances, who do it alone to "value" this garbage business as a "good" one.

Terrible place ? I have been waiting for the plates for more than 2 months and they still haven't delivered them to me, they only tell me that for the next week and so they have been there for about a month

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED DON'T GO WITH THOSE THIEVES:They lie to you saying that the papers for your car are already ready, after paying up to 1000 dollars, the months go by and every time you go to see them they lie saying that next week, they take advantage of honest people who need their vehicle to go to their work, don't believe them I tell you, nothing professionals accept more and more clients just with the intention of stealing their money, I don't give them zero stars because you can't, in the end I was left owing 80 dollars the papers for my car never came out Ahh and if they give you your money back, COUNT IN FRONT SEVERAL TIMES THAT YOU MAY BE MISSING

Amazing service! 100 % recommend ❤️ My husband and I went with them to get our vehicle registration plate on Monday and they had it ready by Wednesday. Super friendly and so helpful :)Excellent service! 100% recommended ♥️ My husband and I went on Monday so we could have our license plates for the car and by Wednesday it was ready. Very friendly and answered all our questions :)

Main problem with this place is the phone line. They do not pickup the phone some day at all even if you call 10 times, and maybe some other day they will, but the phone for a business should always be picked up on the first ring no matter what. Also i have been waiting for my plates and everything for over 2 months now and haven't even received or asked me for paper plates while i wait. Last time i will be coming here for any service ✌️

I call to pay my insurance over the phone and they never answer why give that option if they'll never pick up I just don't understand
