Our event was a beautiful success. Thank you so much Mayra for making our vision a beautiful reality for our Quinceanera. The wait staff is so nice and professional. We would definitely come back and highly recommend.

I was invited to my friend's wedding anniversary party at this venue. We arrived at 10 a.m. to help set up, but the celebrant and her husband were already there, waiting for someone to open the door. The owner did not respond to calls until 11 :20am claiming that he had lost power due to Hurricane Beryl While we understand that natural disasters are unpredictable, the owner had been paid in full a year in advance. The event was ultimately canceled and he used the hurricane as an excuse. Despite this, he refused to refund my friend. I strongly advise against using this venue. BEWARE !!! read your contract very carefully before you sign any contract from the owner of this property because he will not give you your refund regardless of what happens

Went online and saw their capacity was 400. Called and was confirmed it was 400. I get to the place, talk to the lady (which was not help at all/horrible business person) she asks for how many people and I say 400. She automatically cuts me off and says the banquet is not for 400.
I clearly told her to take off the false advertisement online that says 400 guests!!!
If you're like me and you're looking for 400 guests banquet this is not it! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!

Celebrated my father’s 99th Birthday Party at the Sterling Banquet Hall. We were even able to bring in pizza for the children. Very pleasing atmosphere.

I had my wedding here a few weeks ago and this hall went beyond ! This is the only place that was affordable and within my budget. Mayra was easy to communicate and was super friendly. The staff on the wedding day were so amazing to get the job done. Don't let the outside fool you because the inside is beautiful!

Everything was super, lots of space, beautiful place to celebrate our social events, but with all due respect, the waitresses were very angry, they were very unfriendly.

I had my 60th birthday celebration at the Sterling Banquet Hall (Pasadena Location). The venue is beautiful. Booking the venue was easy and very professional. The chairs and cushions can stand to be replaced however, the venue was clean and had a pleasant smell.

The hall was beautiful! Mayra was always available for any question that I had for every step of the way. She made the decor so beautiful and truly made my wedding day perfect. I would definitely book again. The staff, security, and bar tenders were very helpful as well. Mayra is super awesome and truly made planning my event super easy.I would consider a different DJ next time because he didn't fulfill the request and music i had wanted. All other vendors were amazing!

Just had our wedding here and it was beautiful!!!. Wonderful staff and a beautiful setup. All super helpful and friendly. The bartender was the best and the security guard was also super friendly. The dj as well did so good with keeping the vibe going. The only thing was the food was cold because nobody knew the appetizers were set up and out. But non the less it was beautiful and fulfilled our dream wedding

Sterling Banquet Hall #3 is a very nice, elegant, spacious venue. We had our wedding there Oct. 2023 and we could not be happier with the outcome. Mayra was very helpful, informative, and she was always available almost immediately when we needed her for questions or any accommodations we had to make. Definitely recommend this venue for anyone trying to have a big event. 10/10.
