Alejandro helped us with a new phone transfer of data. And also introduced us to T-Mobile internet for our home, he saved us a bundle of money and is giving us a 2 week trial to see how we like it without losing our original internet service.I'm convinced we will not have any problems. Customer service is great but th waiting time is ridiculous. When I came in to the store it was pack and the sad part is they only had like 4 employees. Waited more than 45 minutes just to pick up an order. ????

Honestly I wish there was a closer T Mobile because for whatever reason I've ran into some rather troublesome issues over the years at the Pas/ Blvd & Southmore location, I don't know why but out of all the T Mobile stores it's only this location I've ran into problems with so my advice is know the name of whichever employee who attends you and especially pay attention to every detail and be sure to check your receipt before leaving this store, I regret the one time I didn't and it was a costly mistake.I have been a long time T Mobile customer and customer service although frustrating has been satisfactory ( knock on wood ), the store itself needs an upgrade in Customer Service and tact.,

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I got to their store and they put me on hold for 10 minutes.(understandable) when one of the workers approaches me, a couple comes in. They tell him what they’re there for and he automatically takes care of them and leaves me there standing. Another employee approaches us and calls my name, we complain to her that we were on a 10 minutes wait and she justifies herself by saying that she just got here and maybe they had an appointment, but they didn’t mention they had an appointment. So what is the 10 minutes wait for? Since anyone can come in and get service as soon as they get there. 100% DO NOT recommend. (No profesional experience AT ALL)

Sales person try to oversell me to make more commission. He underestimated me, probably he thought because I'm old he could trick me and sell me a tablet adding another line which I didn't requested.
