For some reason they couldn’t remove oil pan plug they kept hitting it and try to drain it with the hose and they couldn’t waited there for 45 minutes and we left had to pay someone to remove the plug

Great service every time! I’m always greeted and offered a bottle of water they are super fast and efficient. I love getting my oil changed at Take 5 and I love that I can literally stay in my car and it’s done in a matter of minutes!

ZERO STARS! WASTED MY TIME & GAS!
I waited over 40 minutes because the employee told me to park & wait for the tech to get me. Instead, they allowed 2 cars that arrived much later than me to pull into the bays. No acknowledgment at all. I only went to this location because the usual one I go to was not doing inspections. NEVER AGAIN. Go to 'Discount Inspection & Brake' that's off BW8-- had no issues there!

Waited over 35 minutes while three employees stood around another car. We came in for an oil change but decided to leave after reading other bad reviews. Staff were very friendly!

Drove up, no customers. I quickly learned why. Only one employee. Two other training. Watched, the first one could not even use a screw driver !!!
Nice kids, but service is not what they do and experience is not what they have. Hate to say, won’t be coming back. Sad situation . Printed wrong next due date on sticker and refused to correct it. Obviously, last time to ever use Take 5!! Spilled Oil all over my engine and hood while filling. Horrible !!!! Horrible !!!! And that is being nice .

I came here two days ago for an oil change. I called ahead of time and a woman on the phone told me it would be $54 for a synthetic oil blend. When I got there, their synthetic blend was showing as $84 but I also had a $10 off coupon so I was fine with it. The older man working on my car asked me twice if I wanted premium oil. I said "no, the $84 synthetic blend is fine for now". Long story short, he still ended up charging me for premium oil. Did I get premium oil? Who even knows. I left paying $99 WITH my $10 off coupon. If you are a woman, I would not recommend coming here alone. They will try to get one over on you.

My experience here today was bad for business. The 2 guys acted very weird. I came in for inspection. After the guy was done he fave me a thumbs up so I thought everything was good. After I paid for the inspection he told me I didn't pass. He and the other gut were giggling. I don't have an issue with not passing but the way the info was delivered was childish
