Came here around 6:20 and they close at 8pm. No one was there. I honked waited 15 and left. Went to the other location. This one on Burke just doesn’t seem right anymore like they just don’t care. It looks run down as well. I don’t know who manages this location but they need to hire new staff.

The manager is really friendly and so are his employees. I will definitely recommend this location. And will be returning when it's time to change my oil.

Awesome service. Manager and staff are top notch. I went to the other take 5 down the street by Burke befote going to my normal spot and I had to leave. Customer service was horrible. Thank you for helping me and handling all my needs.

3 years ago I was cleaning my sisters throttle body and I removed her air filter and there was a square piece of foam glued to her air filter. She said she had went to take 5 and they put an air filter. Then today I was changing her alternator on the same vehicle and I removed the air filter and there was a piece of cotton glued to her air filter I asked where did you go to have this air filter changed, she said take 5 on fairmont. I can’t make this stuff up stay away from these places I recommend having a family member change yalls oil and filters because this is ridiculous…

Came from the fuqua location because they were loading up the oil. Was there for 30 minutes waiting and having them check my oil and coolant etc… All for them to tell me that they couldn’t do my oil change because their drill took too long to charge because it’s old and that my palette needed that specific drill. And told me to go to the Spencer location. What is this musical chairs. Wasting my time.
