Joe and Chris are awesome. I am coming to this location from now on. The other one on Fairmont and Burke is lame. I went there first and no one was there this was at 6:20pm mind you they close at 8pm. Joe and Chris were very knowledgeable and pushy at all. I will be coming back next week for the cabin filter.

Thy young man that took care of me was awesome, as was Logan and the lady working there ( went on 12/6/25 around 3ish) took care of me, gave me a coupon and water. It’s the little things.

The service was A-1 top tier. The young man who waited on me was respectful and very knowledgeable. Took his time and explained everything by detail. Plus I didn't have to get out of my car major plus. Got me in and out quickly. Thank you guys. See y'all soon.

Take five, guys — this place is awesome!
I had my oil changed today, and Chris was incredibly kind. He brought out two bottles of water for my mom and me, made sure I had the right number of quarts of oil, and checked that my air and engine filters were clean. They even cleaned my windshield!
I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you, Chris, for being so kind!

I have major anxiety when it comes to anything car-related, and I was long overdue for an oil change — but the team at Take 5 on Fairmont Parkway completely changed that experience for me. Logan took the time to explain everything step-by-step in a calm, non-overwhelming way and even went the extra mile to clean and care for parts that didn’t technically need it, just because he genuinely cared. Chris helped me find coupons and options that fit my budget and suggested filters in a way that felt helpful, not salesy — even adding a light fragrance so my car smells amazing now. Dana, the manager, made sure everyone felt welcomed and cared for, like family.
This wasn’t just good service — this was above-and-beyond, heartfelt care. I truly felt valued, respected, and looked after. Thank you all for turning something stressful into a genuinely fantastic experience.
