Matt in the technical department in this Target is a patient and friendly guy when customer service is lacking and rare in most cases around town.

I go there to Target quite a bit The managers are very good the employees are very good I have to write a little handicapped chair but you know they help me get around the store and they help me get what I need and I appreciate that thank you Target for great customer service I appreciate y'all

This store has gone to trash! Hardly any associates on the floor and it’s filthy. Seems like they prioritize curbside pickup more. This place needs to get it together. Walmart is much nicer down the road and others as well. Don’t waste your time here it’s dirty.

I visited the Target in Pasadena, TX at 7 am recently and had an unfortunate experience that needs addressing. Upon arrival, I needed to use the restroom urgently as I was accompanied by my 5-month-old baby. The restrooms were being cleaned, so I attempted to ask the cleaning staff if I could quickly use them. However, both a male manager and female cashier informed me brusquely that they were busy and I would have to wait.
I was directed to another restroom by the pharmacy. Despite my urgency, this restroom was not immediately accessible either; I had to find a staff member to open it because nobody showed up to open it . After 10 minutes I finally gained access, I was appalled by the condition of the restroom. It was incredibly dirty, with feces on the toilet lid. This level of uncleanliness is unacceptable, especially first thing in the morning.
It is essential for restrooms to be cleaned and ready for use before the store opens to the public. Additionally, Target needs to consider individuals with disabilities or urgent needs who cannot afford to wait. The experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
I hope Target takes this feedback seriously and ensures better restroom maintenance and accessibility moving forward.

This Target is well organized and I always find something I need here. The snacks are healthier than other grocery stores and returning items is easy since your receipts are saved in the app.

Store no longer cares about the customer. Store associates longer caring about the condition of the store. Not worth my time or money. Back to Walmart I go!

Went to get my husband a birthday card and instead accidentally got a Valentine’s Day card that was set in the husband birthday card section so whoever deals with that section needs to step up their game. Also why keep both entrances open when in the evening only one side of the store has an open self-checkout and cashiers. Had to walk across the parking lot because the self-checkout and all the registers on the side of the store I parked at were closed. Huge inconvenience. ?
