My mom and I have been going here for 8 years. They are nice, pleasant and considerate. Everyone has bad days. When you deal with the public, you can't please Everyone!!! I personally have never had a bad experience. I send all of my stuff here and although they can be a little pricey, they do great work.

Texan Cleaners RUINED a set of custom made drapes (Ralph Lauren). We asked for the panels to be dry cleaned and instead they washed them in washing machine! This caused the drapes to shrink by two inches in the length. The lining is now needing to be replaced due to the chemicals they washed the drapes with.
They accept NO responsibility for their actions and refuse to reimburse me the $61.00 I was charged. I am considering to file at them in small claims court!

I took one of my jeans on a Monday for heavy starch and got the back on Wednesday for the price of 3.49 which is a lot comparing to other cleaners. I got them back and the starch is very flimsy. I got them back with a wrinkle in the thigh area and a burn stain. Inseams were also not lined up. Very unsatisfied with this cleaners.
